Talk about it been moved as not enough coaches to cover both games on the same day?

Sure we can get coaches in from other Cities, and get the Rugby game still played on the Sat same time as City

why should the Rugby Bandwagoners get chance to go to the FA Cup final, and true City fans miss out on tickets

Doubt that will happen, would mean 2 other teams having to change their travel/hotel plans not to mention the Hull rugby fans that have booked accommodation.

Plus we'll have less coaches than we did yesterday and we can call some in from West/South Yorkshire which we couldn't do yesterday. Our combined crowd for the final plus the two teams magic weekend support will be around the same number of people that left Hull yesterday for the semi-final.

As for 'egg chasers' getting final tickets, that's highly unlikely unless their pass holders or went yesterday and if they did then they deserve a ticket as much as anyone else.

Why should an eggchaser whose only City game this season deserve a ticket as much as anyone else?

Sorry for the few people who have season passes for both clubs but there is only one choice as to which event to attend.

It will be interesting to see what is on TV in the pubs in our rugby mad city.

I can't see the rugby making a jot of difference to the final, but the final will have an impact on the rugby.

It's a daft event anyway imho. Attendances and gate receipts at the single event are lower than the normal game attendances. Why travel to a game you should be able to walk to?

The RFL have just confirmed it's not practical to change the fixtures at the Magic Weekend.

What utter rubbish by the RFL.. It is easy to do so just that they cannot be arsed to do so. It would be very easy to switch the Warrington v. St.Helens game to 5pm from sunday to saturday and finish the weekend with the ULL derby on the sunday

It's easy for them to switch the fixtures, but not so easy for those fans who've bought tickets, train tickets, booked hotels etc, which is precisely why they're not switching it.

Apart from the fact that 80% of those attending that game probably live within twenty miles of the stadium, yes.

The coaches yesterday were from all over the place. We passed a convoy of three coaches full of amber and black but from a company based in Royston.

"Magic Weekend ticket sales are currently running at record levels – over 30,000 tickets have already been snapped up, a 60 per cent increase on 2013.

So that's just over 4,000 a game. :embarrassed:

Is that supposed to be satirical or do you reckon they're being honest?

****ing hell, if they're serious that's the most delusional thing I've ever seen regarding sport. Ever.

I nearly posted a thread actually to ask if Assem had fallen out with all local bus companies?

I saw 1 East Yorkshire coach and 3 or 4 Acklams, but other than that, every Tiger Travel coach I saw was from either North Yorkshire or Lincolnshire. Majority from Leeming and Mablethorpe.

We get to the FA Cup final for the first time in 110 years of trying and some pikey, f**kwit egg chasers who can watch FC v Rovers, (the worlds biggest sporting rivalry!!!!!) three times every year get hot under the collar.. Only in Hull....f**king unbelievable.

I should take them to see Boca Juniors v. River Plate....NOW THATS A DERBY.

    Spot on.

There is nothing magical about seeing a couple of thousand people herded together in front of the cameras to give the impression that the stadium is full.
The Ehitad is full for football every time Man City are at home.
And a full fixture list of derby games from the 'super league' on cheap all day tickets cannot even fill one stand.
