Maybe we could strike a partnership with Parsons Bakery for the refreshments they do some really nice pasties, bacon and cheese raps and sausage rolls :)

After being intrigued by seamge's St Pauli pic, I found out a bit more about them.

What an awesome club!Anti-racist, anti-homophobic, anti-fascist and do loads for their local communities. And they share the skull and crossbones with us to boot.

I like them so much I've put this t-shirt on my birthday list: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/St-Pauli-...tballShirts&hash=item417ef9aff3#ht_239wt_1190

Therefore, I would very much like the club to invite St Pauli over to play one of the warm up games for the opening of the UWE Stadium.

I just bloody well hope that we're not a Conference side by then!

Yeah, I'm tempted by one of those in black - they're a lot cheaper too!

The one I like has the skull and crossbones on the back. <ok>

Hello Brian.....I'm sure you're as distressed and angry as the rest of us.
I've looked at the Supporters Club Rules and Constitution and there is
provision for the calling of an EGM. On the one hand it requires 25% of
membership to call for one; but the initiative can come from the committee.
If there ever was a time when matters regarding the club needed to be discussed it is now.
The meeting may be fraught and uncomfortable, but there are so many questions to ask.
    What do you think?

i sent him a text last night and i didnt get a reply. i didnt expect a reply as it was a heated text. i did make the point in the text that its not aimed at him so not to take is personal but he may have done.

i remember speaking to him over the phone last summer. i said we have no pace going forward and not much of an attacking threat. brian disagreed and thought clarksons had enough pace. we agreed to disagree on that issue i had.

well everyone at the mem and on the forums been saying along with me that we have no pace going forward. if we actually had 1 player who had pace up front from the start of the season, im sure we would have got the 1 point that we needed throughout the season to stay up!! it wasnt until when ward step aside and clarke took over during clarkes interviews when anyone at the club admitted in public that we dont have pace. 8 games left of the season and that when they realise!! <doh>

The board really need to involve the fans and get them on board like never before. It might be a good time to start thinking about the fans part owning the club.

A few experienced players like Clarkson and Brown would definitely be worth keeping. And if young Eliot could be persuaded to return he would probably be prolific in The Conference. It could be the making of him.
