Why? It's obvious that people will stand when there is a dangerous attack/goal so surely if he is unable to stand but wants to see what happens it would make more sense for him to sit in an area where he can do that.

I agree, though if you fall in the latter camp, can you please stay the **** out of my way, as I've had ten pints and I won't take kindly to you moaning. <laugh>

We had three/four c*nts near us in block 140 (I can't remember- I'd had a white wine spritzer or two) offering folk out for a ruck if they didn't sing.

Oh the irony as those tw0ts were on the concourse, supporting the team from the bar (or possibly the toilets sucking each others tiny lengths)
"WHERE WERE YOU WHEN CITY SCORED?
WHERE WERE YOU WHEN CITY SCORED???"
I'll remember that bald c*nts face- I doubt he'll remember us...
The f*cking kn0bhead!

Trying to fight your own fans because they won't sing is the most stupid thing I've heard about football fans. What kind of idiot wants to hit someone because they won't sing with them...

When was that one? must have missed it. The one I saw was pretty early on.

I have nothing against standing, spent many an away game stood for 90 minutes. Barely stood at all yesterday though because there was a child behind me and I didn't want to spoil her day (although listening to me sing probably wasn't enjoyable!). For me if you are in an area which is predominantly families and older people who don't want to stand then you should show respect and allow them to see the game. Don't stand with your back to the game giving foul mouthed abuse to everybody who isn't standing up.

Of course a little moaning at first half as Hull City didn't seem get there momentum going blah blah, Cant be arsed giving my opinion, Just here to say was made to feel welcome by the people i met there at the premier in bar and the people around me which is nice when you are going alone to any game.:emoticon-0148-yes:

Hahahaha and walking past a bar just of Baker st was an experience as it was full of blades calling me every name under the sun and what there going to do to me hahahaha , could have taken them but didn't want to miss the game <whistle>

Well me and my friends decided we'd be polite and sat down to not obscure the view of those behind us, despite being E2-ers and used to standing at games, but obviously jumped up each time we scored.

We had 2 women and a bloke turn round, having a go at us, telling us to calm down with our chanting and celebrations!!!

The only time throughout the full match they opened their mouths was to have a go at us. The only time they moved all game was to clap when we scored.

They then turned around at the final whistle to ask where we'd be for the final so they could pay for more expensive tickets to be further away from us!

You should of said "Bobby Moore seats, there's none dearer, stay at home you miserable ****s"

This middle aged **** behind me was asking his old **** of a mother "who's that Sagbo? he don't do much does he" She replied something along the lines "what's Huddlestone doing back there? he should be further up" It was ****ing Davies, the racist old **** must think all black people look the same.

Five mins later Sagbo equalised & he was made to look a ****. He spent the rest of the game getting & broadcasting updates from the Chelsea game.

Had some right annoying nasally bint behind me constantly talking.

The worst of it was she believed her offerings were original, comedic and erudite.

Sort of reminded me of someone’s mam who’d be given confidence by some **** laughing at one of her **** jokes.

All of these were repeated at least half a dozen times:

“Tell me, which one is the Premier League team?”

“Cuh. They don’t want to win.” “Do you even want to win?” “They don’t want to win.”

“This is like The Sunday League”

Then in the second 45:

“Well. If it was just the first half that counted, they’d have won”

I turned briefly to clock what she looked like, but I stopped at the fat legs in black leggings and returned to facing the match.

I had the pleasure of sitting next to Ben and his lad, the bloke in question had some rather amusing comments to make about Sagbo.

"He doesn't do anything" "I've never even seen him score" "in fact I've never even seen him do anything"

Then came the goal, and I don't think he mentioned the game again, they just prattled on about Chelsea. A few of their party gave encouragement, softly saying "oh go on hull" once or twice, though with that elegant southern accent it sounded more like "owe, go on hell".

Given his remarks on Sagbo he obviously didn't see the first half of our season, which doesn't surprise me as he didn't see half the second half either.

Their first goal went in on 30 seconds before the 19:04 chant.

Silly ****s behind me expected everyone else to join in, and then realised they weren't in their little east stand haven.

For the first time, I was able to make out some of the words to these chants. Slightly embarrassed about the one with the line about "the greatest football team the world has ever seen" but the rest of the chants seemed good fun.

I was in Block 115 i think we had a good mix stood up occasionally when a big song went around had some kids behind us so tried to stay seated no complaints. would have much preferred to stand for the full 90mins.

As for the abuse between fans is stupid and cause by the standers and sitters, the sitters moan because people are standing then the people standing react.

**** me. You’ve really shown your ignorance.

That song ‘We’re by far the greatest team, the world has ever seen” has been sung consistently since I started going in the ‘80s. I would imagine, it started before that time too.

It was sung throughout the 90s with about 3,000 or less in Boothferry Park too. Or when we took a couple of hundred away to some ****hole or other.

Every team I’ve known sings it too, it’s one of THE most common chants in football and has been for ****ing years.

When did you first start going? Last season?

Slightly embarrassed ? We've been singing that at City for about 30 years, where have you been ?
I must have missed all this from my seat in the flasker territory, the £60 one's down the side. Everyone stood, everyone cheered and no-one offered to fight the person stood in front of them.
Saw Paul Duffen on the concourse in his replica shirt and smart blazer with his lads who all had replica City shirts on.

Aye proper ****. Wanted to sit down all game and whenever anyone stood or shouted he called them a **** and threatened to sit on their head and fart loudly.
