I was too young so don't remember it first hand. The closest thing I can relate to it is when an old school pal of mine was killed in the 7/7 attacks on London. You're right, it's beyond colours and tribe, it's just something where you have to appreciate that it's human beings involved here and all the other stuff is meaningless.
From the disgraceful chanting over the minutes silence - to serial cheat John Terry telling the referee to send off Flores - I came away from the Liberty stadium hoping that we are relegated. I have no desire to be in a division that contains players of the ilk of Mr Terry, who couldn't wait to boast to the press about how clever he was for getting an opposition player sent off! He has slept with the wives of his team mates and shat on many who considered him a friend! But, as far as the Special (needs) one is concerned - the end justifies the means! Really hope Liverpool win the league because if Chelsea do it will be a very sad day for football! Come on Liverpool - you play football the right way, don't let Chelski buy or cheat their way to the title - win it by playing football the way it should be played!
What a bell end you are. Your woeful player deserved to be off the field - end of subject. I join you in hoping you get relegated, so long No surprise that thick **** astro has liked your comment, never expected it from Page though.
Yes Flores (?) deserved to be sent off. No, not all Chelsea supporters showed disrespect - but enough did to make it obnoxious. As you know mate, it's not an insult to LFC, it's an insult to the 96 and all other true supporters of football. Tribalism apart, it deserves to be condemned by both your club and supporters association.
Never expected what drogs? The remarks about the sending off never earned the thumbs up, it was the condemnation of the piss poor behaviour of a lot of the Chelsea support during the minute for the the 96, can't get my head around scumbags like that tbh. If you're really offended so much by my thumbs up drogs what's opinion on those two scumbags from your board who take pride in stirring the **** with regards to the two tragedies involving LFC? If hate is aimed in my direction for the simple reason of where I'm from and who I support those doing the aiming better expect the same in return.
But for that not being the point, you're right. Its not up to a player who gets booked or sent off, that's the referees job. IMO, any player trying to influence a decision should be carded whether it be a first or second (resulting in red) offence, especially the imaginary card wavers! I thought Suarez should have been sent off for the dive yesterday (irrelevant of whether it was a dive or not, the ref thought it was) yet Demichellis (sp) stands there waving an imaginary card PS...yes, the poster also went too far
Nail and head spring to mind. Fed up of hearing about what those two are up to and any attempt I've made previously as fallen on deaf ears. I avoid the Chelsea board completely now because I know what to expect.
Talking to them only feeds their ego's and throws more fuel on the fires of hate they light, like you dev I give them a wide berth.
Fair enough then. I'm not offended in the slightest, the general tone of his post seemed to be linked directly to the more than deserved red card yesterday, which looks like you agreed with him. As for the pair you're talking about, I have no qualms regarding your opinion on them. But try to remember they don't represent all of us. You have a couple of boneheads on this board too, but I'd never use the term 'dippers' or even worse just because of them.
But then you just spend all your time logging out and back in again, and in the end you get bored of it and asked to be unbanned
People do tend to hurl insults in the general direction of fans, with regards to the bad behaviour of a few, though I doubt anyone seriously thinks you're all the same, any more than we are. I do think, however, that derogatory references to Heysel or Hillsborough should be dealt with on any board. This is disrespectful to the dead and the bereaved, and has no place in football "banter". As for the Terry incident, I personally hate players trying to influence the ref to get others carded or sent off, and I think they should be carded for doing it. Not everyone dislikes the spectacle of players surrounding the ref, but it really annoys me. I know captains have a right to talk to him, but to me that should be restricted to speaking up for their own player, not demanding punishment for others.
You seem to be taking it personal drogs, but I can and do distinguish between some and all when I condemn the ones I highlighted and nothing was aimed at you in particular.
