Tobes figures if he talks and talks and talks, reiterating the same ****e in many different ways until you finally give up trying to logically debate something, he wins he's got manic Liverpool hate issues. one of his best though is trying to draw distinctions between people separated by a park in Liverpool
Just shows that you haven't got a clue about either club, maybe one day you'll actually manage to visit the City.
Don't tell me assumptions are absurd saint. Being a South End Boy, I grew up believing that the North End was injun territory and they all had 2 heads
It isn't an absurd assumption at all though. We're not the same, same as United and City, Arsenal / Spurs, Millwall / WHU, Rangers / Celtic.
Yeah, but we get the second one surgically removed at an early age, and the scar's hardly noticeable.
Talk ****e about visiting the city cos you know you are talking ****e, sad sad tactic of yours to deflect the argument when you are wrong as per usual, offer up your own unrelated point and attack that why don't you straw man bully. Yep, scousers from both sides of the park are different. Okaayyyy. Riiiight. Only in that you support different teams you gobsite
The only difference is the team we support. The idea that we share common collective traits outside of our football allegiances is stupid. On my (mercifully rare) visits to other boards I've noticed you correcting the "all Scousers are" brigade with your "all Kopites are" phrase. Both are nonsense.
Collectively fans do behave differently, it's an undeniable fact, so it's your comments that are absurd. Take Celtic and Rangers, the former usually behave in a manner that wins them friends abroad on European trips, the latter are far more likely to cause mayhem.
No, but their sectarian behaviour was irrelevant to the point that I was making, they behave differently as a collective Dave. Same as Spurs and Arsenal, City and United, etc etc.
It's just occurred to me that I don't think I know any Chavs fans in person, haven't ever and barely see any around or out and about, where do they come from? Do they really exist? Cue Twilight Zone music.
Listening to 606 on the radio in work yesterday evening, and amongst the callers was a City fan, a student who was bemoaning how he couldn't bear to be spending his last few pennies to watch games that were officiated by incompetents. Endlessly he wailed of bad decisions, the cost of games, how other industries wouldn't treat their customers like this..... He didn't say whether he went to the Liverpool game at the Etihad and asked for his money back after the incompetent performance of the officials then.
Well, where to begin on that one....... It's not the case, but let's assume that all Glasgow and Rangers fans are Glaswegians. Although they come from varied backgrounds within the same region, you're suggesting that all the Celtic fans are genuinely nice guys who make friends everywhere but all Rangers fans are thugs, out to cause trouble? (Perhaps it's just me but I see a rather sinister analogy here) I'm sure there would be some Rangers fans who might disagree and who just might not rip yer head off for saying it. So, to Liverpool. What traits would you say all Reds share that makes them distinctly different to Blues, and would you care to enlighten us to the logic behind that assertion?
