I think if we win our 3 winable home games we have at least a 50% chance of staying up. Obviously depending on other results. I can see Fulham getting 4 points from there last 4 games Norwich getting 1 maximum and Cardiff getting 0 providing we beat them of course. Our goal difference vs Fulhams could be critical. At the moment we have 7 goals on them so providing we dont get smashed of both city and chelsea the great escape is possible.

I know we have to win 3 games which looks unlikely but play like today in our last 3 home games and we have a xhance. Weve also got to bear in nind both west brom and swansea our last 2 home games will probably have nothing to play for which should make things easier for us. I guess all im saying is despite it looling bleak it ain't all over yet.

9 points when we're 7 behind? Don't think it will be enough.

Yeah 7 behind norwich who have to play liverpool chelsea man utd and arsenal. I think 9 points will see us overtake them. Its Fulham who we now have to catch who I can see getting 4-6 points so if they get 4 and we get 9 it will go to goal difference. I may be clutching at straws but im not giving up just yet.

    This **** ain't over.

I've been trying to be positive since New Year's Day v Villa. In each of those 3 home games we start favourite. Win all 3 and we may not even need a surprise win/draw in an away game.

I still have a feeling we might get a daft win at United or draw at Chelsea/City

We're also have to catch Cardiff. Not saying we can't stay up just think we'll need at least 12 points from 6 games. mainly because of this.

    Premier League
    Fulham v Hull Sat 26 Apr 15:00

    Premier League
    Stoke v Fulham Sat 3 May 15:00

    Premier League
Fulham v Crystal Palace Sun 11 May 15:00

Fulham can win twice from these fixtures. We need to win all our home games and beat one of the big boys away.

If I was sure we'd win at home it'd be different, but we've got the worst home form in the league. We're not gonna suddenly win our remaining 3 home games

Gus said months ago that it will go to the last game of the season....let's hope that he's right!!!A result at Man.City would help..if Cardiff can win at Southampton, why can't we get a good result at City???

Until the maths says otherwise it`s still possible.
It may be improbable. It may be unlikely.
Until the sums say we`re down there is still hope.
    It`s still not over.

I think its fair to assume you need 9 or 10 more points to stay up. I don't think you will win all 3 of those home games (based on what we've seen all season) but I do think you can get something away to Man Utd - it would have been better for you if they were still in Europe though and it depends which Man Utd turn up on the day. We were quite comfortable against them in our win at OT but they were clinical against us a fortnight ago (both teams had 4 shots on target and they won 4-0!).

I'd back you to get to 32 but any more than that is a long shot - possible though and one surprise win somewhere and you're right back in it (35 seems likely to be enough)

Good luck, I thought you would stay up all season but the last two weekends have not been kind.

anything is possible even Newcastles form could ultimately get Sunderland relegated with Newcastle still to play Swansea and Cardiff :emoticon-0107-sweat

I think you are gone and most likely so are we despite being 7 points ahead. Our only advantage is that we only need to fluke one win,The most likely being home to Arsenal on the last day.

I can see Brucie taking it easy against Fulham considering he's still Bitter. Fulham 3 points.
I can see Newcastle not giving it their all against the welsh teams purely cos us going down and them staying up will cheer them up no end.
Clinging to hope but like PE says why should our home form suddenly change. If that could happen we would need a win, at a push a draw, against either Chelski or one of them Manchester teams. Man U without Rooney or RVP is Deffo possible.
Clutching at straws I know but I have a very strong grip and I ain't letting go yet.
