Only do this with people who are actually committed or else it gets really annoying, just a word of advice.
Scripted how? They don't normally make massive changes to the game's engine; just add new features in player interactions and all that. Further improvements to the in-game graphics and sounds would be nice, but I think the game's engine is the main reason for it's success.
they should add a more personal life bit in. Like they had in fifa manager where you buy things with your money, get girlfriends, kids wife, and also should make it so that you could own the club. I would be up for a network game too
Scripted in the way that no matter what, a slump in form will happen. In many seasons in the game my team will suddenly stop scoring goals or the keeper will decide not to save anything. This always happens around my most important games such as Quarter/Semis of the champions league and tail end of the season. Form slumps are realistic but I just sit there waiting for it to happen. I make sure in the all press conferences I don't become cocky and I keep an eye on complacency. But I fail everytime. As soon as I lose a 10 game crap streak comes along where I struggle to score and none of my strikers can hit a barn door.
I'll be up for a network game with a few people. I'm free most evenings. I can't start the game though as I destroyed the latest patch some how
tactics should be improved, so you can put your players in different positions than the ones on offer at the moment
Well I think every team experiences a slump in form every season, but I agree that it is pretty predictable on FM. I wouldn't define it as "scripted" but maybe they need to work on the way that form is calculated.
