A clean sheet and a win, I think I had better book an appointment for the doctors!!

Although deep down I felt we already had enough points and were safe, this season has been one of those seasons where nothing would surprise me so I wasn't counting any chickens.

Good to now have it confirmed with a win, could it be the win that secures our survival and earns McD the sack?

Reading all over twitter we were still very poor and quite a few moaning about Tom Lee's shoddy display??

Not that it matters, I would be amazed if more than 3-4 of these players line up next season.

I used to read the old 606 forum, I do enjoy reading some of the arguments on here, and the banter you have with the Millwall lads. So much good news this week I had to join in

Wasn't a great game, but the players seemed to put a bit more effort in, two good goals from Murphy who had a good game. lack of quality, but three valuable points
Cellino got a good reception from the fans near the end of the game, Hunt didn't though, but I think he didn't do too badly, he had a hand in the second goal.

Hunt was treated abysmally, disgraceful fans booing him as he came on

Was in some brilliant positions for a through ball time and again but seemed to be invisible to his teammates - they let him down. Great flick on header for second goal, good passion, good desire, did nothing wrong and lots right

Why did we have a back four of centre backs? At least when White arrived we had someone with pace and who knew how to play as rightback.

Lees continues to make shocking decisions. Michael Brown is f'ing brilliant. Something wrong with McCormack

Wasn't McCormack suffering still from a cold. He is the type of player either to score every week, or not at all for weeks on end.

How poor were Blackpool today. Were we just less poor?

We were solid enough, made most of the chances, had most of the ball, but defensively it was a bit keystone cops-ish which is what we should expect with 4 CBs across the defence, and very little width. Blackpool had all the pace, until White came on, but made very little because our guys snuffed them out and wanted the ball back, which was great. We didn't tend to do that much with it once we had it back

    Thats good to hear.

Quite a few came from the old606 site.

Didn't think there were that many arguments really, well, not compared to other boards.

I'm no mathematician, but I think as of today we need 2 points to be clear of any chance of relegation. Millwall's 94th minute goal this afternoon didn't help us.

Glad we beat Blackpool, not that I have anything against Blackpool, I just fecking hate their scum of the earth acting manager, Barry "Bluenose" Ferguson. There is ****e in this planet and then there are people like Barry Ferguson and his Lanarkshire scum family, with no brains and feck all talent. <grr>

Was sat behind the dugout, very strange body language from McDermott, who sat in the corner throughout the match like a sulking child. Gibbs was the only one to stand in the technical area shouting at the team giving instructions. As they came out for the second half Gibbs asked McDermott if he wanted to stand at the touchline and McDermott just went and sat in the dugout again.

    Maybe that's why we won

Still in the drop zone and games fast running out. We won't be beating Barnsley next week now we have nothing to play for! We need the easy six points next season.

Nice win today and a good start off with the new regime. Time to get the positivity flowing again and get ready for promotion back to the Prem next year.

    Very and yes.
Our defence was panicking more than Lance Armstrong at a drugs test. We scored the second just before we shipped a goal. Noël Hunt what a ****er, first thing he did was give away a cheap free kick away that he should have been booked for. Really pleased everyone booed the greedy **** when he came on.
