    I'll miss the derbies. Not just because we've been winning them (though that helps), but because it's those days that make being a fan special. Have to make do with the smogs while we plot our return to the top flight...

    I've always hated the derbies, especially the build-up <what a wimp>

    The problem, of course, is that the failure of both clubs to win any silverware often means the two derbies become the be-all and end-all of the season. There's far too much riding on them and they've turned really bloody ugly as well <not just on about punching horses either>.
