There's been talk of at least that amount leaving the club this summer. Here are my choices. 1. Nani. 2. Young. 3. Vidic ( already left, he's joining inter Milan in the summer ). 4. Powell ( on loan to a premier league club ). 5. Lindegaard ( i want him to stay but i feel he wants to play more games ). 6. Zaha ( out on loan again ). 7. Henriquez. 8. Amos. 9. Evra ( he's out of contract at the end of the season ). 10. Ferdinand ( out of contract ).
1. Valencia - no business at this club 2. Young - should be put down 3. Rio - retired 4. Giggs - retired 5. Evra - back to France 6. Hernandez - Needs to be playing 7. Cleverley - Simply not good enough 8. Anderson - Needs to move on 9. Zaha - Awful player with a poor attitude 10. Vidic - Inter 11. Moyes - This man must not be here next season if we have any ambition
Ditch this lot 1 Rooney 2 De Gea 3 Jones 4 Welbeck 5 Mata 6 Van P 7 Carrick 8 Hernandez 9 Vidic 10 Rio
These are the ones I think you should get rid of in summer (could rake in a tidy sum and cut back on wages) David de Gea Rafael Patrice Evra Phil Jones Rio Ferdinand Jonny Evans Juan Mata Wayne Rooney Ryan Giggs Chris Smalling Anders Lindegaard Javier Hernández Nemanja Vidić Michael Carrick Nani Ashley Young Danny Welbeck Robin van Persie Tom Cleverley Darren Fletcher Antonio Valencia Shinji Kagawa Alexander Büttner Guillermo Varela Marouane Fellaini Ben Amos Adnan Januzaj Ãngelo HenrÃquez Federico Macheda Wilfried Zaha Nick Powell Bébé Jesse Lingard Michael Keane Sam Johnstone Anderson I'd hold on to Moyes though- gem in the rough.
Rafael Vidic (Because he's going) Smalling Jones Rio Evra Buttner Valencia Nani Young Anderson Fletcher Cleverly Carrick Fellaini Welbeck Kagawa Giggs (Possibly retiring) Utd need a good £300 million to rebuild a squad capable of challenging for the title/CL and for me, the quality (or lack of it) confirms for me why you ain't going to end up in the top 4 this season. I cannot think of any of those players listed that would get in the top 25 players Utd have had the past 25 years, barring Giggsy and possibly Vidic and Rio of course.
Look at Spurs! Cant do to many at once I think Utds squad needs fine tuning, not a new complete engine!
Agree, it's going to take 3 transfer windows at least to re build Utd. The trouble is, will the prawn sandwich brigade give him the time. I don't think they will.
Man Utd fans: Want to keep Jones. Everyone else: Want Man Utd to keep him but in reality they know they should get rid of him. That should tell you something. Its like us with Carroll before we got rid!
I bet those who were tipping him as the future greatest Utd player ever are feeling a little embarrassed. He is that poor for me, he wouldn't get in the Arsenal back four.
I love chaps like you. I really do. Now, I currently live in Swansea so I know without any contradiction whatsoever that the support you NOW have wasn't there not long ago. No, they all jumped on the premier league bandwagon just as soon as you got there. I have myself personally stood at Vetch Field with about 2000 other blokes, max, watching you lot within the last ten years. So, what does that make your current crowd? Just so you know, United have ALWAYS filled our ground. Always. The glory hunters are at the liberty and just as soon as you go down they will **** off.
Matth, that's an insult to the legacy of the truly great players that have wore the Utd jersey. In terms of great defenders, I think of the defenders I have had the privilege to see wear the Utd shirt i.e. Neville, Irwin, Bruce, Pallister, Stam, Johnson, Rio and Vidic. They are great players, Jones isn't good enough to lick their boots.
