    With all the talk about a new manager i have just thought about how things will be organised. There are several options for the club;

    1) SD gets the post and we have to then promote someone from within to the assistant post and then re-shuffle a fair few posts internally. This could be good, but does he have the knowledge to manage at this level.

    2) Someone else gets the managers post and keeps SD as his number 2 which requires no big changes. How likely is this to actually happen?

    3) Someone new comes in and brings his staff with him, this is an interesting event as it means that SD looses out and has to fit back in somewhere with the club (or buggers off to Baadiff) which would surely be a backward step in his career.

    4) SD leaves to join MM in cardiff leaving space for the new manager to bring his disciples.
    What do you guys expect and which would you prefer to happen??

    I would prefer option 2 but who knows? There is another option where SD gets the post and brings in an experienced assistant.

    True true, but i cant see this happening. If the club are going to bring someone in, why would it be an assistant? I really want it to be option 2 but with Dyche being kept on in and assistants role as he knows the club and the players.

    I would prefer option 2, but if option one happens the I hope he'd follow Aidy's lead and bring in an experienced Number 2 like Burkinshaw.

    Option 2 is why I think the smart money would be on Ardley coming to the club, albeit I have no idea who would be #1 and who would be #2. With a reasonable pay rise, someone he knows he can work with, and the understanding that he will be offered the job next time, I'm sure Dyche would stay. With Malky, Winter and Stephenson all gone, I think losing Dyche now would be a blow regardless of how good the new manager is.
