According to SerbiaFootball.com mine is the correct rumour, their spokesman confirmed it Kikkabollokov.
Apparently the Toni Kroos deal is still a possibility in the summer, as he still hasn't signed a new contract www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/transfer-news/man-united-transfer-news-toni-3391928
Just haggling for cash. After he sees your prehistoric football tonight, which involves unlimited crosses into the box, avoiding all midfield interplay, he'll sign up for the Germs fast
The Forlan quotes are past tense. I believe it refers to his move from Ajax prior to joining Liverpool. Its just been twisted.
Article from the day before http://www.dailystar.co.uk/sport/fo...nce-Luis-Suarez-to-join-Man-Utd-NOT-Liverpool
http://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/news/luis-suarez-manchester-united-transfer-3392886 Mirror have re worded the article. Earlier it said that Forlan had said "I spoke to him a few days ago" - "He asked me if I think he should stay at Liverpool." - "I know he loves Liverpool, the fans and the city, but I think the best thing for his career would be to move to OT" Now it says none of those things
This may seem naive but can newspapers do that? They'd put all those quotes there and now they're gone. Did they just want some quick hits to the site and then actually quoted Forlan properly I know they can make stories up but when it came to quoting I thought it was different
I get the feeling Kroos prefers old school football to "pass pass pass some more what the **** are we doing its been 20 minutes of just passing the ball between us" football that Pep plays. Kroos strikes me as the sort of player who would excess in a counter attacking side.
http://thepeoplesperson.com/2014/04...-signing-who-could-be-toni-kroos-replacement/ Possibly paves the way for Kroos to leave for us this summer.
