    Ultimately i think everyone realised we aren't good enough to compete with Bayern. We wouldn't have been last season either. To stay in contention as long as we did makes this one of our best performances this season.

    we lost the focus for one second and paid the price ..
    Rooney had missed some chances that could had changed the match dramatically
    well done all the lads .. can't see us scoring twice

    I suspect Rooney was not fully fit to start this game and considering he has not done anything creatively in this match , would it not have been better if Chicharito started instead of him at least he might have been more clinical with those chances created, I guess DM does not have the balls to drop him to the bench

    It was closer than that, had Evra not been dreaming and you managed to hold that lead a bit longer and get set again then would have been a different story. Playing defensively if you get a lead in the game and tie, KEEP IT. Their equaliser knocked the wind out of the team and they never got a chance to recover

    Evra ****ed up big time, free header 6 yards out
