I think I`d rather give him credit for trying different things, others have tried and failed with the same shower. I think he`s proving that no matter what anybody does, the squad is ****e. I think his signings are still unproven but I am surprised he didn`t do more in January. That might be Short or, nobody decent wants to come here. As for picking players who care, I doubt there`d be enough for 5 a side.
Can hardly judge him on his signing. He had peanuts in January. He's changed team and tactics because nothing will work with these players and he's trying his best to find the formula. They've failed manager after manager. Mourninho wouldn't have kept us up from the position Poyet found us in. It's like blaming a paramedic who couldn't save someone who's had a heart attack
Teams who are fighting for there lifes do not change tactics sorry. teams like Newcastle or Southampton could try different things because they have nothing to play for. The way I look at it is he is losing the plot with changing his team & tactics all the time & it's making him look desperate. The squad is better than Palaces so that doesn't wash with me sorry & his signings are **** to. I think players like Colback, Roberge & Giaccherini would care but poyet doesn't ****ing pick them.
I can judge because he bought them sorry. The tactics should be 4-5-1 & 4-3-3 when we attack. thats the only thing what may work. You say mourinho wouldn't keep us up come of it pal. even managers like Pulis & Allardyce would keep this squad up sorry.
Well we brought in 4 players but only scocco cost a fee and he was around the 3m mark from what I've read. So that would suggest to me he didn't have much to work with.
He signed Scocco for 4m & Bridcock for 3m so thats 7m. why not just buy long? we didn't need bridcock.
not quite the same when you say suggest, i thought you knew the figure , he might have had more but was reluctant to spend a big figure and if that is the case he needs a kick in the groin thats for sure
I think he'd have spent every penny available. Why would be be reluctant when he knew it was an uphill task? If he'd squandered 20m and things hadn't improved then I'd understand the criticism of his signings
Just looked it up. Scocco cost 3.2m Bridcutt cost 3.2m Ustari was free Vergini loan Alonso loan So he felt he needed 5 players but only had 6.4m to spend. Hardly a great hand
spot on again baz, both of these are imo rubbish and have not helped at all ,all bridcock is doing is keeping colback out of the team because he is one of the managers favourites from the past ,scocco will never be a regular scorer in the prem or championship
