Seriously, I had picked out 2 against the field: Munaaser and Galuppi but too late to post. Having looked at the full result I see Gallupi was a shade unlucky:-

"In rear, effort and not clear run over 2f out, switched inside, stayed on and upsides last 100yds, ran on (op 25/1)"

    beaten a nk

I would be a bit cautious, having been beaten by a 100/1 shot (where were you uncle), but there were some supposedly decent ones behind so could be one to recoup losses if turned out again soon (no entries at present). Based on pedigree I would guess 12f would see this 3yo colt to better advantage. I (slightly) fancied it today over 10f because of the testing going.

I managed to watch this race Ron and the winner forfeited many lengths by wandering and finishing toward the stand side.

    He won snugly tbh.

Libertarian won this race last year before taking the Dante.

I wonder if connections of the winner have lofty ambitions for him even though he is a gelding...very nice pedigree on the distaff side.

Just picked out 5 races ron and 5 horses as time was not on my side and the horse I let go was suprise vendor 20/1 winner the 100/1 would have sat well but the lack of form puts me off , I use my note book but always check the data available the more the better.
the other other one you mentioned zipwire may well be worth keeping an eye on zip looks to travel well what happened today I have not seen but will look for a reason. As for after timing how the hell can I sort the forum time to sink with tablet I am using lol

Cheers Dex. The pedigree looks pretty smart on both sides to me. I wonder why they had him gelded. Must have been very unmanageable I suppose. Maybe they are kicking themselves now.

PS. Just looked up his form and he edged badly right on his first run also; and dwelt.

Yeah,Aussie Rules is beautifully bred,I remember his Dam,and has been solid in his first few seasons in the sheds.

I see he also sired a Listed winner in France today.

I can honestly say that I did not have a bet on it thankfully although I would have if it was the forecast 13/8 when I went online to put the bet on. I was disappointed to see the 8/11 so left it alone. Would have been even more peed off after seeing what Oddy put up on the text commentary.
