Couldnt agree more Cest, but think Mr Poyet will use Bridcutt as his midfield anchor next season

I think Catts will be sold. I think he'll want to leave anyway.

If that's all we can get for Jozy, would anyone keep him? Him and Scocco plus one or two new signings. They both have shown ability at other clubs and maybe will build confidence at a lower level for a year. We'd get rid of Graham and Fletcher. Connor I'm also tempted to keep.

I think we'd get most of our money back from Jozy, He's still the 'American Golden Boy' I think he'd end his nightmare in a heartbeat, go home and probably do very well over there.

He's proven he can score in Holland, at the very least he could go back there, given his record I'd say that's not too much to expect

Or like Bri said he could go to America

Jozy needs a move. Hopefully has a decent WC, which will bump up his price

We won't need to sell, he's scored 8 PL goals this season and assisted another fair few, given that we paid £10m for him I think it's pretty realistic to expect our money back on someone who we don't need to sell.

I'd love to keep Catts he'd easily be the best cm in the championship, but I'd be extremely surprised if

    a) he's happy to play in the championship
    b) any premier league team doesn't unsettle him if a) is the case

West Ham are trying to sign Sunderland full-back Phil Bardsley.

Bardsley, 28, is out of contract this summer and could lead the exodus out of the Stadium of Light if the Black Cats are relegated from the Premier League.

Former Manchester United youngster Bardsley would have to take a 40 per cent pay cut to stay at Sunderland in the second tier, and has already stalled on signing a new deal.

But Hammers boss Sam Allardyce is hopeful of snapping him up on a free, with the offer of a lucrative contract and signing-on fee.

West Brom are favourites to land Craig Gardner, another free agent this summer, while his fellow midfielders Seb Larsson and Jack Colback could also leave on free transfers.

Amazing that on the poll at the bottom of that link, 57% have SAFC to stay up.

We can't be letting 14-15 players go and have a repeat of last summers revolving door policy. Too many new faces never works.

    I'd be looking to keep:
    Mannone
    Brown
    Diakite
    Roberge
    Cuellar
    Vergini
    Colback
    Bridcutt
    Catts
    Cabral??!
    AJ unless were offered 10m+
    Ba
    Mavrias
    Moberg Karlsson
    Watmore
    Altidore
    Scocco
    Wickham

    So leaving would be:
    Ustari
    Bards
    O'Shea
    Alonso
    Ki
    Borini
    Fletcher
    Graham
    Gardner
    Larsson

    Who have I missed?!
Virtually no money coming in for players there. We'd have to prioritise buying full backs and a striker. The only way I'd go away from that is big money offers for AJ, Catts or Altidore

Agree with the first bit unfortunately, i'm not sure he would be wanting to leave though. Catts is a fighter an he seems to care for the club, I think he would want to stay and get us back at the first attempt. He would absolutely boss the championship mind.

One of the same to me unfortunately. I'd love him to stay. He was on his way to agree terms with someone else in Jan so he's willing to talk to other clubs
