Frustration and anger are no longer my overriding emotions - they have given way to despondency and apathy. How many of you feel the same?

There simply appears no way out unless a shiny new owner appears on the horizon.

An owner who has no feeling for the club and only the bottom line. A manager who has always been cocky but never convincing and now seems to have lost the players. Two-thirds of the players who are either not good enough or wish they were elsewhere. A bloodsucking sponsor that has all the class of one of Ashley's shell suits.

The club is rudderless, the fans helpless.

    Yawn.

I guess most of us feel the same to some extent.

It's sad to think that Liverpool away might be my last game.

Think most feel the same. I haven't been all season, even when we were winning. Just can't justify giving fat Ash any of my hard earned money. I will invest when he invests, simple.

I really can't believe that I decided to stay on for another season.

Give over AB, you'll be there next year. Can't give in to the present regime, we'll be there long after them.

Yep, I felt that way before we got over the 40 point mark <wah>

The humpings I could take, if there was a point, at all... ie blooding youngsters at this level... But we're losing, and losing badly, with a team full of pros that have their minds on their summer holidays. Boring.

I think the thing is with our fans at the moment there is a real feeling of resignation because nothing will change. Ashley won't be selling and while he is here Pardew won't be going anywhere unless we are in desperate straits - say on the verge of relegation. Also, he won't be spending anywhere near the sufficient amount to rebuild and improve our team for next season.

Its just going to be the same sort of **** next season but I think this time we will be right in the ****ing mire.

Nah not his way. He'll do just enough. Not enough to get out of mid table, but just enough to keep us above water like this season. If like this year we threaten something more positive he'll react to ensure mediocrity is maintained. If like the previous he'll inject just enough mid season. Profits will roll, interest will wane. Then everyone will renew and we'll start again. Groundhog day.

You mean we'll watch the same old football and listen to Pards giving the same old waffle over and over again?

    I can do without that.

How much do you reckon he will spend in the summer mate? I reckon around £20 million but I think half of that will come back regarding outgoings of which I can see a fair few. Some welcome and some not.

It's got to the point where i'm just trying to predict how many we will lose by each game!

I can't believe how many people are still turning up to watch such utter ****e. How many other owners would look on emotionless as we get humped home and away each week? 0-3 to Everton, 4-0 to Southampton and now 0-4 to Manchester United.

Sunderland are the only saving grace to this season! <laugh> I'm about to watch them getting spanked at Spurs as I recorded it on Sky earlier... :)

Walking to the game on Saturday heard a number of fans like myself expecting to lose and wondering why we were doing it. Lost count of fans saying we have no ambition.

Owned by an Englishman, and managed by an Englishman.

Would you prefer to be foreign owned and managed?

The amount of foreign owners is a disgrace imo, (aye i know safc is owned by a yank).

Not bothered all I want is an owner who cares about club and fans and shows ambition. Also a Manager who isn't a one trick pony.

Good ones too like John Henry at Liverpool backing Rodgers with finance to push on. I can't do anything about Ashley having a huge wealth. There will always be them and us. My conscience is clear givng to charities close to my heart.
