Wouldn't be surprised. We're after a back up goalkeeper and he's not done enough to suggest he's good enough to start every week but he'd be a decent option to call upon.

Brucie...snap up that prolific midfield goalscorer Cattermole....win their 2 games in hand & they're still in the bottom 3...toast.

Even if Sundland win their games in hand they'll still be in the bottom three....They're buggered.

I didn't see the full game, only the last 10 minutes or so but they really didn't look like a team playing with heart or passion. The ease with which Tottenham scored those last two goals was incredible. If that was City there'd have been bodies flying in front of it desperate to clear it. They just accepted it. They've looked like that all season to me; no discipline, responsibility, belief or heart.

You haven't seen Norwich's run in, then? Liverpool, Man U, Chelsea and Arsenal.

That's the only reason anyone is predicting a Fulham escape.

Turn on and listen to 606 and all these Sunderland fans going ballistic...I shouldn't say it, but I'm pissing myself laughing. One of them reckons they stay up...Its worth the licence fee alone.

For Fulham to stay up they are going to have to beat Norwich in the next game, I believe.

If they don't, no matter how hard Norwich's remaining games are, I don't see them making those points up.

Sunderland were by far the better side in the first half.

But once they went 2-1 down they lost heart and interest. That's why Gus can't get his side out of the bottom 3. He's a **** motivator.

It's also why I think managers like Bruce, Allardyce, Pearson and Dyche will be okay next season. Because when the going gets tough it's about getting your side over the line...picking them up from bad results and getting them to go again.

I wouldn't want Poyet, Mel, Solskjaer or Hughton managing my side at this point of the season.

Gone, they were shocking Spurs had 29 shots. Even if they won 2 games in hand it would not lift them off the bottom 3. Their next 3 games are Everton, Man City and Chelsea. :headbang:

    True.
