Just had a quick play, need practice I think I didnt even know there was GP on! Looked good as a night time race. You seen the highlights?
Wasnt far off actually, was very good, they went at each other and credit to the team for letting them ------------- Mercedes will let Lewis Hamilton and Nico Rosberg race freely for the rest of the season following a thrilling battle at the Bahrain Grand Prix. Hamilton held off Rosberg at Sakhir on Sunday, and the only demand from their team was that they did not crash. Asked if that policy would continue, Mercedes co-team boss Paddy Lowe said: "There's no reason to not do it." âImagine if we'd imposed team orders from lap two or something. What a terrible thing that would be for F1â His partner Toto Wolff said: "It's great watching two drivers of that level racing fair and square." ------------ This vid is worth watching http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/formula1/26914127
Must admit the highlights looked brilliant from yesterday. Rosberg and Hamilton will definitely fall out. They're already saying things like "you can never be friends with a rival" etc. I think the season will be about Rosberg consistently picking up points and Hamilton winning races but also not finishing some. Come on Hamilton!!
Look at the vid I posted, when they got out in the parc de Freme (is that what its called????) after the race they were play fighting. One radio message from Rosberg was saying that is not on! (in reference to Hamilton closing the door on him, again - Ros was on better tyres apparently) So they may fall out, but its good for F1 the two best atm going toe to toe

Just watched that and even though it was just highlights, that was fantastic! If its going to be like that then I may set up a series link on the TIVO for the highlights for each Grand Prix. PS...see what people mean about the car noise though. Sounds like bloody bikes!!!
One thing I've maintained about Formula One for a long time is that the car is the majority decider. Stick Hamilton in Vettel's car for the last few years and he is a four time winner instead IMO. I genuinely do not think there is much between the top drivers. That Grand Prix (I know its only one race) sort of backs that argument up. Most of the battles were happening between team mates and looking at the race results, the two drivers from each of the team are never far apart either.
Agree, if you got the car you get the grid position and you have the car to navigate into first if you are in or near pole position, a top driver with the best car, if he gets out in front it's almost race over unless someone ****s up. They need to add weapons to the cars to make it less predictable
Was thinking along those lines, weapons of knights of old, no guns, the axe, lance and mace, maybe lash on a sidecar so it will be like the chariot races but with extra macing I'd never miss a GP then. I'd pay to see that **** Mind you at the Bahrain GP all the macing happens outside the stadium. Nice place, where they lock up teens for protesting for life.
I may need to give one of my drivers the boot... But, no doubt that'll be when they finally get their act together. Hopefully Bahrain wasn't a one off though, since the first two races were utterly cac!
Qualifying for the Chinese GP under way, it's pretty wet. New engines seem to sound much louder and better, I think they must have turned the track side mics up. Hamilton fastest so far. Red Bull will be up there because it's wet so the engine and speed disadvantage is neutralised. Hope Williams can deliver a decent result to finally capitalise on the very good car they have, been under performing so far.
