    This game is done. Decent effort, but I still expected more of a team desperate to stay up... Still want the Mackems to do it now Chrissy has been ousted by the boo boys, and still think they can.

    Word. By no means do I want the Mackems to get relegated. I enjoyed teasing em about it because I was sure they'd turn it around like they have the past few seasons but now that it's been serious, I'm supportive.

    The state of NE football really is tire at the moment. And it's got to be more than just the players or managers to blame. Our clubs are badly run. At an administrative level, the setup, we've got small squads and the supporting mechanism in the club structures just isn't there.
