For ****s sake will people read the bastard thread? THE BALLOT HAS NO EFFECT ON THE FA'S DECISION, THEY SAID THAT THEMSELVES
I assume that's the difference between no and yes? It doesn't matter, it reflects the response to the vote and whether it's the truth or not doesn't matter because the non-voters haven't given their opinion. The F.A. can only go on what it's got and that is that so many people aren't bothered. I suppose there'd be fighting in the stands if it were the case.
Nobody did, that's what makes the whole ballot invalid. People who voted No to Hull Tigers 16.7% People who voted Yes to Hull Tigers 0%
Well that's good news but didn't the F.A. ask for figures or something like that? Seems a bit of a waste of time for Assem to do it if it was pointless. I'm on my phone. Still, massive opportunity to throw a big '**** you' and you've missed out.
It was, but once our owner starts digging, he likes to keep on going, regardless of how big the hole gets.
Quite a few I know that are season ticket holders that fall within the allowed to vote category didn't even get an opportunity to vote. So in reality, the results are bollocks.
No one can take a ballot seriously if it's organised by someone with a vested interest in the result! Like has been said a city spokesman said last week that nearly 7,000 had voted! The numbers don't add up!
But surely the vote gives him a ladder to get out of it? I can't get my head around why you'd give him the opportunity to think that he'd won.
The ballot was more akin to a banana republic, than a Premier League football club, it will achieve nothing, it was utterly pointless.
@beyonddispute to quote themselves on twitter 'work on competitions and votes ... keeping it fair'. Why then did they get involved in an unfair loaded ballot? They've tarnished their own brand. Very risky. They need to tell us whether they managed to get responses from 100% of those who sent in blank ballots and whether there were any spoilt ballots and what happened to votes where people wrote additional things on the ballot paper. Would they have to respond to FOI questions to that effect?
I doubt that. The allams will push it home now. As Percy said higher up, "we're screwed". Its going to happen. It also shows how irrelevant we all are on here in the grand scheme of things. People dont give a ****.
The people I know that didn't vote knew the vote was meaningless and decided to ignore it with contempt. Some of those wrote to the FA to explain why. I've heard of others that didn't vote as your details are on the form, they fear it will affect their Wembley applications.
Did we ever find out who took on the role of independent adjudicator? Nevermind, should have read the article, it's some company called "Beyond Dispute" Oh the irony............
I know in terms of the result it was but surely it's going to make him feel defeated if those 2/3rds voted and an accurate vote was accomplished? I know it was completely **** but it's not utterly pointless when Allam got the desired result? I'd have made sure everyone I knew voted and wrote to the F.A... I just feel that an apathetic approach to it can't be productive at all.
