Cellino is guilty of what EVERY big business attempts to do - Pay as little tax as they can in the way of tax loopholes and yes some over step the boundaries of what is legal and what isn't, some get caught and let off or their excuse is believed while others end up with punishments. Is Cellino any more guilty than Bates, Redknapp & Mandaric? Is he less fit and proper to own us than Risdale who was allowed to ruin how many clubs? IF the honest truth about every football club owner was made public how many of them would fail a fit and proper test, these guys don't get where they are without bending the rules.
