I'm gutted that they've got rid of him just as everything was beginning to fall into place! At least I will have the old farm derby matches to look forward to next season!
thing is since weve been back in the prem, we havent been a club that struggle. We've been a pretty consistent mid to upper lower side. We havent spent much time at all in the relegation spots, and we've played some nice football. Hence why what hughton turned us into wasnt working, because we knew we could be better than he was making us.
Brendon said once in a interview, he invites sacked managers to Melwood for few days to take part in the sessions with hm
I think they were hanging on for a good long while. I feel they looked at this game as one to win to be safe and frnakly some players tried a lot and some didn't look like they were. It'll affect our game with them but god knows how. they can't defend but maybe they'll be more up for it... who knows.. i don't think they'll suddenly part a bus... they've a horrendous run in so their fate is in next weeks game not the one with us I feel. I think its been too long in coming and a surprise now and not at end but it was inevitable. He lost the fans a while ago. i think they had guy thinking they were just safe and relaxed.... in the end convincing someone they can now mark suarez is a hard on in two weeks. I fancy a win. I like norwich though... i like sunderland too... its a shame with will go down but then stoke have turned aorund to place decent stuff and frnakly west ham i hope sack the donkey and turn back to the light too.
yeah but he knows what it's like... i think he knows the score wondering where a job will come from so if not rodgers as a example to a guy who can be?
Norwich have got Fulham (A), Liverpool (H), Man Utd (A), Chelsea (A) & Arsenal (H) as their last 5 fixtures. Surely if they had no faith in Hughton they should've got rid of him before now. Its a tough ask for the new manager to turn things around in a week for Fulham then try to get something out of the other 4 games. They would've been better sticking with Hughton until the end of the season, because I don't think changing a manager is going to make much of a difference now.
ferguson never got the sack... nearly did mind but didn't so how would he really know what a guy out on his ear feels like.
Well he talks to a lot of managers apparently - or did before he became consigned to the history books
I think they should have done a month ago... west brom and fulham games were key to thier survivial. Fulham are the ones to beat now. if they win i feel they might try to do something v us to draw... otehr wise they have to come at us don't they? I think they probably left it too late.
