Not sure who you mean. I saw this German guy get told to let his Australian team-mate by, which he did without argument. He seems a nice chap.
Fabulous defensive driving from Lewis Hamilton- and superb from Rosberg. I loved Paddy Lowes idea that this is the right spirit- allowing them to race. Well done Mercedes- fantastic spectacle. However, they are LIGHTYEARS ahead. It's a complete no contest outside of them and for me, that's pretty sad for elite motorsport. It's not their fault though- fantastic preparation. Daniel Ricciardo is a breath of fresh air in that Red Bull- he is a seriously quick young man. Vettel has a race on. I thought it was a real shame for McLaren today- Jenson dove beautifully but the safety car compromised his strategy completely and then he lost power. I was hopeful about their development but I think there is just too big a power difference between the Mercedes team and their customer Merc engines- the aero won't make the difference. Ferraris power was terrible. What happened there? Finally- the one major disappointment for me today was Sky F1 coverage. For the first time in a long time, we had a flat out hammer and tongues battle for 1st place between team mates with an outstanding car, yet we saw not one live picture of the scrap for the final 3 laps. Absolutely shameful as a pay TV service that markets itself around the sport. Seething. As for Crofty- he could bore a glass eye to sleep. My goodness.
I believe all channels get the same feed, so are at the mercy of the producer (if it's still that way). Not a lot they can do about that. We didn't get it over here either.
To be fair, they get the pictures from the main FIA feed so have little control over what we view during the race
F1 Technical ‏@f1technical 13m Interesting how Kobayashi said he had to save fuel after the safety car. One would think 6 laps behind SC would have made that unneeded #F1 please log in to view this image please log in to view this image please log in to view this image
I prefer James Allen to David Croft, seriously. I know a lot of people weren't keen on Allen but I liked him as a commentator, he's more knowledgeable than Croft too. I'm going to watch the highlights on BBC later so I can't wait to hear Ben(Over dramatic)Edwards cream his pants over every little incident either. Not!

Anyway I'm glad I didn't underestimate Vettel's new team mate, was saying it for months that I wont get caught in the same trap the Alonso and Lewis fans did when they thought a driver was going to be a walk over.
Makes you wonder if Webber stuck around too long. If Ricciardo can get a win this season (if both Mercs break down or crash), it's going to be a very popular win.
Webber had the vast experience for the V8 era so it was smart to keep him than hire Daniel. V6t it's all up in the air for driving styles and set ups of cars and that Vettel isn't safe as all drivers start from scratch to find those little techniques that make them faster than the rest. Towards the end of the season we should start to find out who has the better understanding of how to drive these things, still early days for fanboys and haters to fly their flags of why driver A is better than driver B who is overrated. Take Perez and Hulk for example.
The kid's got speed and I really like his attitude... But to be fair to Vettel, He's really not had his usual luck when it comes to the mechanical side of things to really judge them head to head. We all know Vettel has speed... It'll be interesting to see how much Ricciardo has in comparison. Also... Big kudos to Vettel today in showing that he can be a true team man. And you've gotta know that wasn't an easy thing to do.
