Vettel looked really dejected in that interview... I really hope red bull can fix his car and get him in the battle at the front...also Ferrari needs to do something quickly. Mclaren seems to be wasting a good engine. What the hell is going on with that team?
I'm out of breath after that... think I'll need to watch the BBC highlights to actually get a sense of what happened.
Not quite. He said to make sure that both cars come home which could also mean "if you fight make sure you keep it clean". Anyway, that wasn't my question. Someone posted that Lauda confirmed that the radio message was meant as team order which is apparently bull. After the race Niki was completely excited about the fights.
Well F1 won today, hopefully that'll drown out those moaning about silly things like noise. Still need to sort out the drinks bottle issue mind, but what a fabulous race.
Sebs strong mentally, he will see what he is doing wrong and correct it sooner or later with Red Bull helping him.
The safety car made the race that much more exciting though, because Hamilton had a ten second lead on Rosberg at that stage... If they hamilton gone to new tyres first during the last stint there is no way Rosberg would have gotten close to him. Remember he would have been clearly out of DRS range and Rosberg's only choice would have been to follow Hamilton home.
The noise was the last thing on my mind... Sadly though, I'm not anticipating many races like that. That was a classic.
But Hamilton's side was telling him to use the overtake button all you want if needed...so if they were told hold station then Hamilton was getting another message.
Rosberg was breathing down his neck right from the restart. It was evident it was on like Donkey Kong. Can't remember exactly when that message was sent. It was a bit of a blur at the end.
Feel sorry for Jenson with his Gearbox failing when the safety car came out, he could of been on the podium as he was on the same tyres as the Force India's.
