we need a new manager that has different tactics and deploys them. we need a new manager that changes his tactics depending on the opposition we need a new manger that changes his tactics during a game if required we need a new manager that makes substitutions to change outcomes of games we need a new manager that will DEMAND money to spend in transfer window and then actually spend it on players we need. we need to buy experienced players to add to squad to bolster it. we need to buy young promising players to loan out to plan for future. we need a proper strike force by buying 2/3 strikers and keep Giroud/Podolski as squad players we need to replace Sagna [as he will go] we need to replace Vermaelen [as he will go] we need to replace Arteta with someone younger and faster we need wide players with real speed as we are so ****ing slow apart from Theo. basically we need to spend the money that AW has refused to spend. we have stadium that is basically paid for, so there is no excuse from the board about spending money. if Silent Stan doesn't want to back the new manager with money then he needs to go as well, because what does he do ? he owns the club but doesn't invest in it. i am so pissed off. we had a genuine chance of winning title this year and were still leading on new years day when transfer window opened. then was the time to buy new players and push on. but no, AW sat on his hands and did **** all and then come all our injuries and paper thin squad fall away and 5th place is likely outcome. i am not sure if winning the FA cup will stop me being so pissed off. AW has had his time and now must move aside. perhaps we can get Kloop as he may fancy a change.
whilst we did play **** and everton deserved the win, the ref had a **** game. we had about 4 penalty shouts, 2 for handball. 1 of those hit the hand, although up against his side, but they have been given in the past. another 2 for pushing/fouling players which probably should have been given. also, baines and naismith should both have been booked in the first half, but the ref just gave free kicks, even though flamini did the same and got a yellow. barkley at the end should have seen at least yellow for pushing arteta over right in front of the referee. he saw it all, yet ignored it and then gave arteta yellow for complaining. and finally sanogo was twice given offside, both calls wrong. one of those he even scored. **** performance by arsenal, but also **** performance by the ref.
Not good enough. Since our injuries hit hard our team haven't been good enough. That's something that needs to be addressed. Another loss away to a top 7 team. That simply has to change next season. For now we need to focus on winning our remaining games to secure cl and win the fa cup. I said a while back that if we win the fa cup and finish within a handful of points from the eventual winner it would have been a good season overall and a clear improvement on the last couple of years. I still stand by that. But it now looks like we may fall away from the other 3 teams and finish more than a handful of points behind them. Whilst we have had terrible injuries problems I will be disappointed if we finish the season on a sour note.
Sorry, not anymore. These thrashings, and how bad we've bottled it in these 2 months makes this a very bad season, irrespective of the cup and whether we get 4th or not. The FA Cup isn't going to get rid of these humiliations and scars we've had to endure, at least for me it won't, this season has been dreadful.

Hopefully now Wenger can win the FA cup and retire/move on with a bit of pride. The squad needs major surgery, especially if we finish 5th
