Can TGFITW explain to me why the saviour Neil Lennon who gave the club its greatest season(failure) for 4 years is only getting a 12 month rolling contract??
I mean I thought this guy was moses and could do no wrong so why the complete lack of faith in him by giving him a sham of a contract?
For example Alex McCleish 3 year contract to Villa.
Malky Mackay 2 year contract
Ally McCoist 3 year contract
I'll tell you why he isn't a good manager and the board knows this hence they have no faith in him by giving him a rolling contract meaning Lennon won't get compensation when they sack him which they will as he chokes in all big games 1 trophy out of 5 = Celtics celebrated failure

No why has Lennon only got 1 year when he was so succesful last year? I thought he was Sellik minded and everyone wanted him for life why only the 1 year rolling contract?
 
Makes sense to me.It means when they sack him they only need to pay him for 6 months.

We all know its going to happen.
 
i think a 12 month rolling contract is the way to go. the club gets compensated a years salary if the manager leaves and only has to pay a yrs salary if the club sack the manager. very prudent if you ask me
 
Martin O'Neill was on a 1 year rolling contract for his tenure at Celtic.

I think he'll be manager for a while.
