Well said. By the way, I don't think anyone's said it yet, but, forget the West Brom fans (who were very good), the West Brom team's performance was absolutely excellent from start to finish. Did anyone also see Ruddy having a go at the N&P at half-time? One of very few players who was up for the match today.
I told one of your lads after the Hull - Norwich game in August that if you can't score against Hull City, playing with 10 men for 70 mins you'll go down...Funnily enough you'll survive no problem. Fulham, Sunland and Cardiff won't overtake you. I wouldn't worry too much.
What if I told you we've got Fulham away next and we've lost our last six away games in a row? If Fulham win, they'll be two points off us with four still to play.
The award for understatement 2014 goes to... As much as the frustration has built for me (in previous seasons, too), I've never understood what people think they are going to gain by creating a poisonous atmosphere at Carrow Road. Anyway, you're right, we must embrace it & give it all we've got (as fans). I promised myself a few years ago that I would always remember league 1 when things got tough. I've got to be true to that now. Whatever our views of how we ended up here, we are where we are and the only way out is sleeves rolled up, and in it together.
Well then the law of averages suggests to me you'll win at Fulham. That puts you on 35pts....Fulham nor Cardiff nor Sunderland (have you seen their away games will get 35pts) If Sunland get 35pts then its down to Goal difference. WBA's run in (below) is not great..There is no guarantee they'll get to 35pts 12/04/2014 H SPURS 19/04/2014 A MAN CITY 26/04/2014 H WEST HAM 03/05/2014 A ARSENAL 07/05/2014 A SUNDERLAND 11/05/2014 H STOKE
I would love to say we will stay up, can you really see us picking up any more points? Sadly we are going down im afraid.
If I thought I was angry after losing to Fulham on Boxing Day, it was nothing compared to how I felt after yesterday's embarrassing performance and most of the team should hang their heads in shame -JR and a couple of others excluded! WHY does CH insist on starting Wes and what has happened to Pills? IMO, we don't deserve to stay up and I wonder how many of our players will want to stay and pay in the championship?
I will probably try to do something productive next Saturday afternoon with my kids and try not to think about football i usually go to away games in London but i have absolutely zero faith in us turning up and putting in a performance ,even watching at home on my laptop is arduous these days someone will surely pick up the baton Thai.
Let's put a bit of perspective onto this. There are eight teams involved for the three relegation spots and even the most enthusiastic Cardiff fan accepts that they are now one of them.Sunderland have picked up a single point at home to Palace from their last five. Fulham.Until yesterday they were bottom but came up against a Villa side in freefall (On yesterday's performance they may not get another point) Next week they have to beat us.A draw is no good to them and a -41 GD means they need the extra point relative to everyone.Look at Fulham and decide whether you would rather be in their position or ours.
For what it's worth it's not necessarily the defeats that piss me off but the manner in which we have been getting beaten, the way CH approached games and the fact that we look clueless in possession of the football
Even a draw next week probably won't keep you up: Fulhams run in: Norwich: 1 points (in freefall) Spurs: 0 points Hull: 3 points (already on the beach) Stoke: 1 point (already on the beach) Palace: 3 points (already on the beach) = 35 Norwich's run in: (all of your opponents still have something to play for). Fulham: 1 Liverpool: 0 Man Utd: 0 Chelsea: 0 Arsenal: 1 = 34 C'YA Norwich.
I have to say, I think Fulham could overtake us, not Sunderland. They have the 'easier' run-in and we couldn't beat Stoke, Swansea or West Brom recently, let alone earlier season poor results like Cardiff. Next week is our last chance to extend the gap against the teams around us.
17.5% think we will survive. A pretty clear vote of no confidence, isn't it? (And we are a very calm and reasoned board compared to Pink Un.)

Using your own logic Fulham are 2/5 on and we are 8/5 against. But the chart on Oddschecker of the bets being placed shows Fulham and Norwich neck and neck. The implication of that is that everyone thinks our chances of getting relegated are 25% of Fulham's.
Just for the record i am one of the 8 that thinks we can pull a rabbit out of the hat and survive , probably by beating Man U & Arsenal
I think you are in a small minority now Ct Fulham have won twice recently Bar a couple of games, we have been poor this year It's looking very grim All we can do is get behind the team. Im going on Saturday, I do fear it could be a toxic atmosphere in the away end
100% agree. was very down yesterday, but honestly think we can still do it. obviously it all comes down to the fulham game,a MUST win if ever there was one. it might just be the fans blind hope, but i think we will be watching pl football next season
