I think he will get in if only for the fact that if they turn him down there might be a few riots taking place
There is no news glory. Hay confirmed it on twitter earlier on. **** knows what this QC is playing at. Rumour has it he's a Chelski fan....
The qc can only delay if he is still considering evidence. I am hearing that the FL asked for a delay in the announcement. As I understand it they couldn't be putting forward more evidence as the hearing is over. So why would they want a delay? It could be because they don't fancy 4000 Leeds fans kicking off at Wigan if it's no. It could be because they want to consult another lawyer because they don't like the result and want to challenge it. It could be because the Cellino TL joint bid has stalled and acceptance was conditional on it being a joint bid. I am struggling to see why they would really delay a straight forward yes. Got a bad feeling about this. The only positive scenario I can see is the fl saying " they are Leeds fans so fooking make em wait for the yes verdict".

Horse's mouth: delay due to shindig at Lancaster House with MoJ, started at 5pm. Ken Clarke QC in attendance, and he always passes out the best Cuban cigars, and has a say in who gets the nod on which cases based on who provides him with the best quality scotch. Also farts a lot but the older guys have lost their sense of smell. Another certain Kenneth is there too, cos everyone makes so much money out of him taking people to court.
I recon they are waiting for the Italian laws to be fully explained,or for Cellino's cheque to the QC to clear.
The QC won't just make a decision and announce it. He will put together his consideration of the evidence and how he arrived at his judgement. Its pretty much standard practice in legal cases, though in some cases (criminal I think) the verdict is given and the consideration follows later.
All I can think of is the QC is telling the FL they may not have grounds to block Cellino ... if the QC agreed with the FL it would be all over by now ... the FL must be looking at the question of Cellino having any recourse against them if they block him ... once they are happy Cellino can't sue they will issue a no verdict Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
