But how many of those would want to work under this regime? Beardsley for sure, the rest I am not so sure.

Loved Hughton but wouldn't want him back. I want someone adventurous that believes in an attacking philosophy. Hughton is just a better, much more likeable version of Pardew IMO.

There are two things we should NEVER joke about on this forum:

1/ Never say 'Pardew gone' when he hasn't.

2/ Never say Shola is extended his contract or saying the useless bastard is going when he isn't.

Its enough to give a man heart failure - getting his hopes up and all, it really is

The truth is we (the fans) don't know. But we can't keep Pardew based on the fear of not finding a suitable replacement.

Beardsley, Rosler and Hoddle would all be interested I'd imagine, probably De Boer too.

The football under Hughton has been so poor, i just can't believe he's still in a job, 18 wins from 73 games says it all. He's taken us backwards that for sure, all the hard work over the last few has gone to waste under him.

I hope you're right my friend. I think we need to go foreign, De Boer would be my choice of that list. Its all hypothetical anyway as the chances of him going are slim to none!!

Whilst I agree that the manager needs to take a proportion of the blame, I do feel that players need to take some responsibility. One man sitting in the stand cannot control the actions of the men in the field. He can contribute to motivation and tactics but at the end of the day he cannot prevent opposition scoring or Cisse missing open goals <doh> He also cannot replace key players if the owner is not willing to put his hand in his pocket. This is essentially MA's fault, not AP's IMO

Horsesh1t. It's fcking insane that we line up with Anita right and Gouffran left (again), yet play a formation that requires wingers and crosses. It seems clear to me that the players share the same "wtf is this?" opinion as the fans/media. When your boss threatens to shake things up and the only change is the enforced switch because Sissoko is injured.....I mean, wtf doesn't cover it. Dan "Transfer List" Gosling starts ahead of Marv/Ben Arfa in the most basic of 4-4-2 formations you could wish to see - this is League 2 stuff masquerading as a Premier League outfit. It's bordering on amateurish.

I doubt it... I have watched us play some dire football under Hughton in the championship, but at the end of the day, it set up some fantastic performances and provided the backbone for Pardew to come in and do an incredible job his first year. I was patient with him, something you would do well to learn <ok>

You guys expect instant results, when a) he came in with someone else's players, b) he was given some money to spend, and spent some of it extremely well, but the team is still gelling. Next year would be the year to judge, EVERYONE told you! It was the case at every club he managed before Norwich.

I bet, to a man, you'd rate all your new signings as at least improvements on the squad, even Van Wolfswinkel probably gets the odd "he needs time" threads, yet Hughton is written off straight away? BULLSHIT. Go pine for Lambert in the woods <ok> You guys are like a clingly loner desperate for their ex...

I've seen your board, your supporter's comments, and I'd be ashamed if I was a Norwich fan. As soon as Hughton is ousted by the booboys, and it will happen, I want Norwich to disband and the stadium to become a bowling green <ok>

The bottom line is that we should have a bigger squad so that we don't HAVE to use Gosling and Anita. There are very little alternatives, and those who are available are hardly cream of the crop. Ben Arfa hasn't delivered this season. Havn't a clue whats going on with Marv- they seem to be adverse to playing him for some weird reason. We should have invested in quality players during the transfer windows so that AP doesn't have to scrape together a barely adequate starting line up. That is MA's responsibility . You cant make Cake with empty shelves.

MA is getting off very lightly just now, and the buck stops with him as far as I'm concerned, but, Pardew has lost his way and come to the end of his shelf life as manager for me. Its time for him to go.

Won't defend the position to play Gosling, but, who to play instead.
Ok HBA was available, but, so what, he's just a lazy tw**.
Even Santon had words with HBA today, it looked like he was asking wtf he was doing, as HBA just stopped tracking back leaving Santon exposed.
That sums up HBA, a passenger that teammates cant rely on.

You're spot on AB, they cant rely on each other like teammates need to do.
Today, there was no leadership at all on the pitch.
You reckon today was actually better than Southampton?
