It's just like 'what is the fcking point'.

 

You know today, it's the first time I've walked up to SJP thinking 'we're gonna get hammered 4 or 5 and I really am pretty not bothered about it'.
Was more bothered about the grand national result than the football.
I think the potential to 'dream' and think 'what if' has just been knocked out of me.

 

Howay lads... Sure, the ****test Man Utd side who'll ever play at St James' just thoroughly ****ed us, but there's nothing in the games left for us and I absolutely expected it.

It's just utterly humiliating and frustrating that we're neither looking forward with these meaningless ties, nor attempting "who cares" entertaining football to please the fans, instead of just trying to draw every game with the strongest team we have (which is awful) to claim a slightly higher premier league place for Ashley's pocket, and then getting pummeled week after week...

But alas...


I'm going to tell my girl when I take her to the Swansea game in a fortnight, that Newcastle are the ones "keeping the ball well, for long periods, and attempting to build attacks..."... and Swansea are the wayward passing bastards who keep lumping it forward to the useless clown.

 

That's one thing ACS for you to head for SJP and think we are gonna get hammered and l am not sure l care, but for the players to do it also, is taking the piss once too often for my liking.

How much in monetary terms is a place higher or lower in the league? All this we have nothing to play for bull is really getting my goat. If we finish higher and get more money, perhaps, and yes l know it's a BIG perhaps. Ashley would release more money for new players.
The way things are panning out we will need to buy more players than you can shake a stick at. The future rely does look bleak right now.
