Same cut of grass though, so at least they're cheating by smaller margins now

How does a linesman not see that? Ffs. Wasn't like there were a load of players obstructing his view or the play was moving really fast.

When Man City consistently get decisions like this in their favour it makes you question the integrity of the referees.

****ing shocking decision. Im certain the linesman are on the oil goons payroll. Not the first time the linesman have come to their rescue.

I really thought Southamton could get something from this game, they were dominating possesion up until that call, and City looked nervous.

That goal changed the whole complexion of the game.

Maybe the linesman was obstructed and couldn't see the pass? There are 4 Soton players overlapping with the passer

The 'immense and powerful' Toure collapsing under minimal shoulder contact. Pathetic.

That said, I wouldn't have given any penalties this game...despite there being contact in all of them, it was barely enough for a 13st athlete to fall over from, hate this 'contact = foul' in today's game. No effort to stay up. Lets make penalties and freekicks worth half a goal to encourage players to stay up on their feet more often -.-

Is there anyone on this forum who is against introducing technology/video replay? Because frankly, imo, it is f**king shameful we are not doing it. Blatter and Platini, those f**king French turds are so out of touch. I recall Blatter's argument to have been "it's an essential part of the beauty of the game to despair over a pint of beer with a friend over a controversial decision"! <wah>
