    Yay we're 4th place! <diva>

Does this mean the pressure is to much at OT atm?

Probably the opposite for the visiting teams. Pretty much all the clubs and managers we regularly beat at OT (i.e. everyone apart from City!) have admitted that the 'aura' we had under SAF has gone this season. So they're all coming to OT with a lot more belief and motivation, which is something we haven't really experienced at home for a good few years now. Every visiting team is sensing this is their chance to break the however many years without a win at OT record, and thus is putting in that much more effort at a time when we're in transition, hence the results aren't coming.

Didn't Liverpool have the same thing under Dalglish? Hull, Blackpool, Bolton and some other team got their first wins at Anfield in lots of years cos they saw Liverpool as vulnerable and so upped their game against you.

  7. So basically, your admitting that teams rolled over for you previously yeah? <whistle>

Our record at Anfield was poor for years. Dalglish's arrival didn't change it too much. It seemed worse because teams (such as two of the ones you highlighted) hadn't been to Anfield for years so the "X hasn't won at Y for Z years" headlines were used despite not having played that team for how ever long it was <laugh>
