He's a poor goalkeeper by all accounts and it's perfectly reasonable to be concerned when he's on goal.

Concerned, fine, but to say "we've lost" because of who's in goal is daft. Like that famous Barcelona stat. What they fail to mention is we've also attempted more short balls.
It also gives the impression that all "long balls" are hoofs, as opposed to potentially long passes. A bit of a difference between a smash up to Carroll, and JWP's ball over the top for Jay in the opening minutes last week.
