Apologies for a hastily put together predict a score this week (where are you Westy?) a difficult away trip for Town against a Blackburn team that are a few places below us and probably out of the serious reckoning for a play off spot. They are drawing more than winning but they have Jordan Rhodes who would just love to do us some damage! Town have the better of Blackburn historically but Town haven't won in the league at Ewood Park in 23 years going back to 1991. Blackburn were pretty poor on their visit to Portman Road earlier in the season and Town ran out comfortable winners. Let's hope that we do the double tomorrow up in the North West! I'm going for a nervy 2-1 win Murphy Williams Rhodes for them! COYB
I don't think your to far off the mark there Warky. We can certainly go there and win and with the 6th place carrot still dangling tantalisingly in front of us there's gonna be a feeling of wanting to win but at all costs don't lose. I hope mick doesn't go to defensive. I fear a loss will kiss our ambitions for the last month goodbye. But despite this for the first time in quite a few years optimism is high and I'm going for a tight 0-1. Murphy to deliver the goods.
3-1 Town Williams, Smith and Murphy. Smith to have Rhodes in his pocket until a robust challenge sees Jordan leave the field after 41 minutes.
Wordsworth back in and Nouble starts, positive changes for me, although I hope Wordsworth isn't deployed on the wing and I prefer Hyam to be played as the deepest midfielder over Skuse.
Yea, I was a fan of him...on his day! Our Harry getting beat at Cherries! Watch Bnmth sneak in amongst P-Off contenders. On helluva run!
If I have it right, if Reading lose and we win we will be in the top six. If we win and they draw we will be level on points and just outside top six on GD.
