Remember, the euphoria as we spanked Tottenham in Hong Kong, then we was robbed by Fulham, hung on in the end against Southampton, but we played decent footy in the first half and we looked like a capable and balanced team.

Then it all fell apart, we barely deserved that draw at Southampton and then it capitulated, our manager, hailed as the savour for his dirty knees at Newcastle and beating the Everton jinx suddenly lost the plot and began to publically demonise his own players - then it got worse. It went to the wire again last season, but the relegation warriors, Wigan finally fell off the cliff and once again we avoided rtelegation simply because there were 3 teams worse than us ... But, in previous seasons we have players such as Jones, Bent, Sessegnon who have stepped up ..who is here in the squad today who will fill those boots?

Di Canio all but bared his balls at West Brom, after a pitiful display as stories leaked of a very strange goings as dictated by a very strange and increasingly paraniod/unbalanceed man followed by a a player revolt. Recall the eupohria and the utter despair and dismay as the world saw Di Canio, for what he was 0at the Hawthorns - he had indeed lost the plot.

Then we risen from the bowels of the relegation zone by Gustav, we kept winning cup games and in January we hauled our way out of the bottom 3. oh happy days and now from that distant 3=0 drubbing at Newcastle, we were on our way to Wembley and we thought we'd be safe.

Just how full of hope and optimism had -even the pundits and bookies were starting to believe .., our only point in the last 2 months wsas against Crystal Palace, I do noy give one **** about how well we played against West Ham - we need ****ing goals

. I believe it's largely true that the chickens tell the farmer what to do at Sundertland - well if that's so, then I don't give a ****, it is still the same; they're the bastards who got us into this **** and noiw they bgetter get us out of it. they are playing for next year's wages, some with a glimmer of a chance in their national team.

Do I have a point? Well yes I do, the fans deserve better than this, loyal, vocal. enthusiastic and we show up in numbers and we know how to ****ing sing our ****ing hearts out! We deserve better, if we display as we have done in January, we can beat Tottenham and we do have a habit of surprising teams, we need to have heart, passion, focus and belief. In other words. the player need to show us their mettle.

Over to you Fat Cats, make us ****ing believe again.

The West brom game was a weird game like. Sunderland was easy the better team before West Brom scored & after half time we were the better team again but when Fletcher got injured we went down to 10 men because PDC put 3 subs on at half time. somes up our lucky this season.

Hopefully we get a point on monday & hopefully Hull, Fulham lose & the games at Norwich & Cardiff ends in draws.

I cant work out wether its better for cardiff to win and keep west brom down there and have 3 games in hand or cardiff to draw, trouble is that might give them confidence its doing my ****ing head in.

Out of all the bottom teams I think Cardiff may get out of because they are scoring goals pal. we defo want a draw between Norwich & West brom.

Like you say, it's doing my head to.

We stay up up, we get rid of a large chunk of the ****e. We go down and we get rid of even more. All that matters to me now is getting shot of the disease and starting from scratch. Most of the Bruce Curse will be lifted come the end of the season, then finally we can start rebuilding.

Bloody hell kidda. If that doesn't put the game of football into context nothing does. Awful for his poor family and his friends. Take care RAW.
