I can sympathise with people who apply for jobs and constantly get rejected, and it goes back to education where they obviously didn't get enough help. There are jobs out there, some people apply for more than others.

He hasn't totally ended the links, but I agree to some extent. That has again been due to the huge amount of pressure from the right-wing press, and many people who really do not understand the benefits of trade unions, after the recent scandals over Falkirk for example, with the Unite Union. They aren't all that bad you know people.

Agreed, swear it's 3% or something. Those 3% in work would give the government a lot of tax revenue.

The government creating more jobs would also help.

Agreed, believe it or not guys who treat girls like **** really piss me off! I'm talking about a minority of very sensitive girls. Vulgar messages do tend to be done by guys (how sexist of me!).

There are more people of working age than there are jobs right now. That is an unavoidable truth. I've struggled enough with getting a job over the past couple of years and I have a degree, so imagine what it's like for people who just have GCSEs.

I wish the Tories in government would go and work in the private sector.

Yep £70bn a year for tax avoidance and evasion a year, benefit fraud £1.4bn a year. Hmm I wonder what we should clamp down on.

That episode contains some of my all-time favourite Simpsons quotes.

Homer: Not a bear in sight. The Bear Patrol must be working like a charm.
    Lisa: That’s specious reasoning, Dad.
    Homer: Thank you, dear.
Lisa: By your logic I could claim that this rock keeps tigers away.
Homer: Oh, how does it work?
    Lisa: It doesn’t work.
    Homer: Uh-huh.
Lisa: It’s just a stupid rock.
    Homer: Uh-huh.
Lisa: But I don’t see any tigers around, do you?
Homer: Lisa, I want to buy your rock.

Also a fun fact: Moe turns out to actually be an immigrant in a later episode.

Just to put this into prospective.......The labour government started the ball rolling by cutting some benefits, all the alliance have done is to go even further!!
As for tax avoidance...while labour were in power all they did is talk about it while the alliance has at least started to tackle the problem........
It really doesn't matter who's in power they all take the easiest option in the main!!

Talking of politics, give this a go. It asks you for your view on a range of things, and to indicate how important that view is to you.

It then looks at the policies and stances of the parties and feeds back. This surprised me in a few ways...
