Well if Enrique was too leave then I'd expect us too get someone better than Bertrand, but like you say Enrique needs competition so if he stays then Bertrand would be a good back up IMO. Don't think he'll cost that much either.
Wouldn't say no to that.. Bertrand and a fit Jose should give us a ample cover and competition for the LB slot. Flanno can play there too.. Question is, do we keep Johnson or look to replace him?

No thanks. As I said above, he's been no better than Flanagan this season so why waste money? Buy players for the first team and let them compete with Enrique for 1st team place. Best player gets it and then adds to squad depth. Flanagan then offers a youth back up.
Flanagan initially plays at RB, I'd prefer Flanagan too play at RB once Enrique is back as Johnson has been really poor this season. I think saying Flanagan has been better than Bertrand is pretty harsh seeing as he hasn't played an awful lot, Flanagan has played a lot more games than Ryan has. Think he'll be a good player for us, wouldn't pay anymore than £8m for him though and even still that's still quite a lot.
£8m?! I'd expect an International full back for that. Enrique cost us £6m, Baines cost Everton £6m, Evra was about £7m from what I remember. Azpilicueta cost Chelsea £7m.

All the teams in the CL have players that have to do that. You should have enough games to make sure everyone is getting games bt CL, FA, COC, and the league.

was no need to say that bit really, looks like another player gone on bad terms, didn't he say he wanted to say bye to the fans, well after reading that don't think many fans will be impressed or care. also another point, what if he doesn't leave, not done himself any favours with his comments, i think he will be gone, but you never know.
well it was obvious before he left what occurred and i said so then. i aint surprised but am quite disappointed that a GREAT player was chucked and it came to this bad relationship.
From a Liverpool perspective, that bit isn't great but you have to remember he is talking about being at Napoli. He says unfortunately in that he will miss the Italian club rather than being resentful of having to come back to Liverpool.
