    Morning Everyone,

Its 7.43am. We WILL hear very shortly whether Cellino has been granted permission to purchase Leeds Utd.

If the deal has been turned, Cellino is due to join forces with Together Leeds.

This is one of those times that you think :-

    What could go wrong

    or

    Has it been misinterpreted?

I am truly thinking that we are in a win win situation.

I just hope that Cellino's appeal is successful and has passed the fit and proper persons test.

You been up drinking all night or did you have an accident in bed?

Morning Elland...sober for 4 days now, must admit it's a strange feeling, although it made listening to the Tues game quite difficult. I'm not making any comments regarding any decision until it happens. Morning by the way.

    Ok, i'm thick as pig-sh*t.

I heard the cellino interview e.t.c, but how would he still be allowed to be involved if he loses his appeal? Someone help :-/

Morning all. First morning in a long time there's been a positive sort of feeling. like Shaks though, not going too get too carried away just yet. Many hoops to jump through before were on a sound footing on and off the field. Finances to stabilise, points for safety needed, about twenty players to get shut of, virtually new team and management to get in I'd imagine. Will be a hectic few months ahead for the new owners

A possibility would be he'd sell his shares to lt and his part could be the repurchase of Elland road and thorp arch. Just a theory I read somewhere. Remember the fl are barring him from owning the club not the facilities

    Morning RCDM,

I reckon as it will be as a company not an individual, so the fit n proper test would be on the company, albeit with Cellino pulling the strings behind the scenes.

    What does RCDM stand for?

Morning all ... Cellino will sell his 75% to Farnan if he loses his appeal ... this takes the decision of who to sell to out of GFHs hands ... GFH refuse to speak with Farnan, so he went to Cellino and has discussed a deal to buy Cellino's stake ... this way Cellino gets his money back .. if Cellino wins his appeal, then it seems that as a caveat for baling him out should he lose, Farnan gets to buy a percentage of Cellino's 75% ...the main thing about this action is that Farnan has now sidestepped GFH completely, and regardless of Cellino winning or losing his appeal, GFH are done and Farnan will have a stake in Leeds, the verdict will decide how much

having a majority share means he's the bloke with the owning interest, which would mean he doesn't pass the fit and proper test. Joining with Together Leeds means he would probably only have 20% or 25% of the shares and if Farnham has 26% he becomes the majority shareholder and has to pass the test.

Buying back ER/TA means that Cellino could charge a lower rent whilst having an agreement that over the next 3 or 5 years the club are buying the ground etc from Cellino on HP/lease terms (As a Loan) So Cellino gets his £4m back with a bit of profit and the club have benefited from a lower rent whilst also paying off the Cellino loan

Clever Ol Farnan. Why wouldn't GFH deal with him though?

If Cellino's appeal is not successful, will he still :-

    a) be majorly involved

    b) be pulling the strings behind the scenes

    Morning btw
