Unlucky Scrappy, that was so close. So here we go again.... If all three finalist's agree, we will proceed with Scrappy's proposal ( post #164 ) of predicting the total amount of goals scored in tomorrow evenings Europa League Qtr-Finals. This will then remain in the keeping of the spirit of the competition. The four games are;- AZ Alkmaar v Benfica FC Basel v Valencia FC Porto v Sevilla Lyon v Juventus Predictions will be by a sealed bid process which means that you have to PM me with your 'Guestimation.' This will be done on a first come first served basis. When all entries have been received I shall post them on here asap. To resolve this competition asap you will also have to submit an estimate of what you think the total attendance's will be from the above four games. This will ensure that we have an outright winner tomorrow evening in the event of a tie. So in summary, I ask that all three remaining finalists PM me with ... A. A total estimate of goals scored tally from the four aforementioned ties. B. What you think the total attendance of the four aforementioned ties will equate too. This will only be used in the event of a tie-break. Good luck gentleman.
Happy with 9s but would suggest wiyh the no going over. That way there will be no 9 11 with 10 being the number. That way 9 would win. What do you think?

Well if the other two boys are happy with the no going over then that is ok with me too. I would have thought that the fallback to guess attendances would negate the need to do this though as any tie in goals would be resolved in attendances (unless we're really unlucky!). Anyway, I'll submit my choices in a bit, good luck all.

Ok, this is where we are. I have had all three goals predictions PM'd to me but no attendance prediction from NY. I have to go out shortly to see my daughter's school play and won't be about for the 19:30 deadline. If everyone's happy for me to post the goals scored predictions up I shall do so before I go out. If I receive an attendance figure from NY before then I will post these too. If not we will continue along in the same vein until we have an outright winner.
