    I'm voting no.

f**k that for a game of soldiers.

I've got to think of the value of my house(s), soz but I'm sticking with East Yorkshire.

You don't need to worry CG, you don't get a vote, the nearest it gets to you is Hessle.

    Sssssssh.

    I'm hoping for a nibble.

I'd vote yes, just to see the faces of the deluded tits around where I live should it be passed.

The long term benefits would be secondary.

I'll vote to join Hull, but Hull should just take what's rightfully theirs.

ER folk who disagree can go and **** themselves.

    The options are:

    1. Yes to Hull Council Tigers with the Labour Allam family continuing to leading the club wayward …
    2. No to Hull CouncilTigersexpansionist ideology – it’s just like Ukraine …
    3. I am not too concerned and will continue to support the club either way live with the benefits of one & use the other …

I reckon Hull should vote to be part of Scotland.

It's a bit like Russia and The Crimea.

I'm off up to the loft to get my old Army kit bag out and prepare for mobilisation.

I've shifted a couple of ston since Chrimbo but I bet I still can't get in any of my old combats.

    Fat knacker.

Think a few Hull Councillors could learn a trick or two from Parno in terms of openness, media presentation and approachability.

I live in Thorngumbald so I don't know if we will get a vote, however even though I have KC lightstream and work mostly in Hull, the only way I would vote yes is if the head of the bin collection Gestapo in Hull was sacked, East Ridings bin collection is much more civilised, I get texts telling me when they are coming, and no wannabe hitler binman X-rays my bins for stray crisp packets.

For that reason alone, I vote no

Ha, this is so true. They really are nazis in Hull when it comes to bin collection.

The arse wipes who collect my bins are no better.

The ****s left my blue bin a couple of weeks ago because her indoors mistakenly thought you could put clothes in it and placed 1 x jacket in a bag at the top.

I got home and it was left, with some degree of insolence, in the middle of the West drive with sticker wrapped around the lid handle.

It would have been quicker and easier just go take the 'offending' item out and stick it in the green bin and empty my blue bin.

As a consequence I can't be arsed to re cycle f**k all now, it all goes in general.

You can blame global warming on my bin men.

I just hope to f**k non of my bin men are reading this and offer me 'special bin attention' in the future.

    It could hapeen.

I've lived in both, and Hull City Council piss all over the East Riding for service delivery. IMO ERYC focus on figure fudging to hit targets instead of doing it.

Well said. He makes Brady and Geraghty look and sound like bitter trade unionists who think the world not only owes them a living but hangs onto their every word.
    And he's a City fan.
    Chalk and cheese.

Peter Levy was trying to goad him.

Parno answered his questions politely but firmly, avoided rubbishing Hull CC for their role in all this, and did not evade the issue put to him.

    Are you watching Darren Hale?

Some people seem to mistake Councillors for "the Council".

A slick tv presence from one doesn't get the real jobs done.
