Di Canio knew the problem but it's not something you can fix going about it the way he did.

Clear out the squad. Get new lads in and change the professionalism of this club

You say you cant fix things the Di canio way well the other way hasn't been exactly brilliant mate, if Short had backed him most of that dross probably wouldn't of played since January. Would we be worse off now probably but long term who knows.

I agree to a point. But Baz is a die hard fan as am I and our views on certain things are totally opposite ends of the scale. If you get the wrong fan with the wrong views in you end up with chaos

He's not though mate, he's not renewing, so can hardly be classed as die-hard.

I guess you'd have to have a kinda presidential campaign and election, akin to how they choose presidents in La Liga

Ellis is not a man to loose money so he will be doing the most he can to make the club profitable to him. He will have been told by quin his responsibilities to the club.
So no way will he be looking for the club together relegated as that will loose him money
So if people want to blame anyone it's quin.
Ellis has stood by the club and put his in money so he is not the problem

Blame Quinn for finding a multi-billionaire to back the club.

    Erm, aye, logical....

The definition of a die-hard fan is one that offers it's unflinching support, regardless of circumstances.

You've openly said you are wrapping in, so laugh all you want, you ****ing said it.

Nobody gives a ****, you are contradicting yourself with every post.

I've renewed, cos I AM a die hard and love the club.

I've renewed every year since 1987, even including 2 years when I lived in Spain, I'd renew if we went down to league one next year as well.

Many on this board would be the same, you aren't.

Absolutely this - I missed only one year and that was when my daughter was born (2010/11 season) since 1986 I have had a Season ticket... True supporters don;t care what happens behind the scenes - true supporters love their club no matter what. I am bringing my son and my nephew next season so 2 more to add to the flock. Regardless of your views Baz, I will keep renewing as I do truly love this CLUB

A 'die-hard' fan 'not renewing' is as black & white a contradiction as you will ever see.

Mate, I can understand folks frustrations, believe me this season has aged me about 10 years, bu the club can only progress if we all stick together.

Getting rid of the ****e means relegation may term into a medium term blessing, as long as we get back up.

Well I do care in whats happening behind the scenes & thats the main reason I'm not renewing. the club is f**k in my eyes & short will not put more money in. just my opinions tho.

Can you really see us getting straight back up tho? I can't because I can't see Short backing Poyet. it will free signings, loan players & cheap foreign players.

Regardless of lost revenue, we will easily have the biggest budget in the division, and will be the biggest draw to players outside the league, so yeah, I think we'll win it.

Problem will be churning the team, again, for a return, that's the bit we **** up, constantly.

So taking your money and support away from the club when it's most needed is caring is it?

Go on fella, renew. Show that owners, managers and players will come and go but the Sunderland AFC will always belong to you the fan. Don't forsake your team and all your dignity just because a few managers have bought bad and ****ed us up. It's your SAFC.
