I agree that we need to get this resolved as soon as possible. I can't stand the agony. I'll go with whatever NY and Scrappy are happy to do.
If it's not resolved tonight with the Chelsea game then the closest to the total goals in the 4 Europa cup games on Thursday might be a good option. Would keep it in with the spirit of the original game.

If nobody wins today I'm happy to go with nearest to total goals on Thursday but it should be without going over. . And I think its going to be 1 - 1 tonight but was beaten to it!
or perhaps Ric's suggestion of the closest estimation of attendance for a selected match (BBC shows this info). That could become a bit cat & mouse though, for example:- Player A says 25,000, Player B 25001 & Player C 24,999
No Killy, it would have to be done by 'sealed bids' whichever format we go for. Each poster would have to PM me their prediction to avoid any of the above shenanigans. This could be over tonight though. 1-1 at the moment, NY must be hoping for at least two more goals to stay in the competition.
