Buying all the best young players and loaning a squad out is cheating IMO as indeed it is buying players just so other clubs cant have them

btw, your reasoning behind why Chelsea have bought up loads of young promising players was wrong anyway, as you said it was to stop other clubs getting their hands on them.

That's not the reason. It was a very clever avoidance of FFP. As they bought up a rake of young talent before the monitoring period started, and then have farmed most of them out on loan. So that these young players are now appreciating assets, that should they choose to use them in their squad, will cost them nothing in terms of fees in the FFP monitoring period and should they choose to cash in, will have almost certainly increased in value e.g. Lukaku and they can use the funds generated to invest in other players, thus skirting FFP.
