Seriously though, was Higdon charged last year after he was scrapping in Glasgow following the POTY awards? Griffiths sings a song after a few beers and gets charged. Scottish fitba' is a total joke.

Lennon had complained about Hibs' tackling in the 1-1 Scottish Premiership draw between the sides on October 19, and singled out Vine for a challenge on Hoops debutant Darnell Fisher. Vine responded by making reference in his Twitter postings to an incident in a Newcastle versus Leicester game in 1998 when Alan Shearer was accused of kicking Lennon in the head. The player later apologised for the comments but was found to be in breach of disciplinary rule 82 and censured by the football governing body.

Well apparently the SFA are rolling it into the one charge. However, I'm sure you agree that he should be worried about a racially aggravated breach of the peace charge. Which, as you know, would be a criminal charge = charged twice. MD still on top.
I never argued to the contrary, having not watched the video I have no opinion on the matter. If he was using racist language then who am I or anyone else to defend such behaviour. If that's what he's done then hell mend him because it does not reflect badly on Celtic, only on Griffiths himself.
Watched the video of griffiths dancing along with the sing song. Can't actually tell if he's singing himself but I don't suppose that will make any difference, but I suspect it may prove difficult to prove that “Rudi Skacel is a f****** refugee” is racist. Maybe it is, I don't know.
I've not watched the video but if that is the case then it is most certainly racist and almost certainly worthy of criminal prosecution. If you shouted that at a pole or any other eastern European it would be considered racist. The very fact that they are not refugees means hes either too ****ing stupid to know the difference between a refugee and an immigrant or he does know the difference and was deliberately trying to be offensive.
