Give them a bit of credit, they're not spurs

Big big away goal from Bayern. They have to come out and get goal now, and that will suit Bayern.

Nice dive Rooney. Also only United fans are stupid enough to help the GK time waste when they are up a man and need a win.

**** them, that con by Rooney takes away any credit they deserve.

A lot of tonights performance was down to Bayern's sloppy play, they tried to be too precise, and it was their own downfall.

They did better than us, don't think they'll have enough over in Germany though

They had 11 men for most of the game. We didn't.

Well obviously, we were down to 10 men, if United were down to 10 men tonight there's no way it would've ended 1-1.

11 VS 11 against Munich we were not penned in like United, we were the ones taking the game to Munich.

So there is no comparison between the 2 games.

hhh bayern play worst at home facing english clubs city, Arsenal
they were crap defensively today, now with only one CB fit and both DM suspended , they have no players to defend, they will be easy target for our counter attack .. they always concede goals in Allianz, so if we defended like today, I think we have good chance to win , and even drawing with more 1-1 score, they are now more vulnerable than today match both in mid and at the back

I think the away goal will cost United in the 2nd leg. They had a great chance to go on and win this but switched off at a crucial time.

Bayern never got out of 2nd gear when we went there, I think their attitude might be a bit different with this tie still open

Ahahaha, all of a sudden people bring up Arsenal's performances at the Allianz, what happened? I thought it was because Bayern couldn't give a ****, but all of a sudden Arsenal's results up there are an indication of something.

As for being weak in the back, not really, Martinez was the weak link today, so having him out isn't so bad...As for having Swansteiger out, yeah man, they only have that average fella Gotze to fill in now. ;).

Lol you're funny, so let me get this straight, your attack which is far more average than them, is expecting to be able to score goal(s) there in the plural, while miraculously keeping out their much much more superior attack from scoring.

    Ok my friend.

I think they'll be more attacking in the 2nd leg as the tie is still open, they will probably score more than 1 or 2. If its a score draw of more than 1-1, United will progress. I think it's more likely that Bayern will win though.

Dante is not injured, he was suspended for tonight's game, so he will be back for the return game.

Over the next week all the pundits in England will be using Arsenal as an example of how it can be done at the Allianz, even though they loved downplaying our results and put it more down to Munich not caring that much, ah gotta love these motherfuckers.
