Jamie Vardy is a doubt with a thigh strain after coming off against Burnley and with Chris Wood's man of the match performance he should come straight in for Vardy regardless. Sean St. Ledger played for the Under 21's last week but still is some way off returning and has probably played his last game for us. But other then that there is a full squad to choose from. Martyn Waghorn is ineligible for Wigan under terms of the loan. So here is what I would play Schmeichel De Laet Morgan Wasilewski Schlupp Knockaert Drinkwater James Mahrez Nugent Wood Subs- Logan, Moore, King, Hammond, Dyer, Taylor-Fletcher, Phillips
Wood is an issue - surely deserves a start but how can you drop one of vardy or nugent? Vardy and Wood for me but very difficult decision
Schmeichel RDL Wasyl Morgan Jeff Knocky Drinky James Mahrez Wood Nuge Worth noting that Wigan will be without their prospective March player of the month in Martyn Waghorn. He's been on fire for them, something like 3 goals and 7 assists since he joined.
Same again except Wood for Vardy. Vardy may be fit for the game, but I wouldn´t risk him. Give him a break. "UTF"
Vardy, according to some sources, 'tweaked his groin' - if that is true then I doubt he'd be fit enough to play (or risked) - Wood looked very good when he came on - not just that pile driver but his general movement etcthink Proud has it right unless anyone else picked up a knock ...
Seems as though Pearson was impressed with Woods contribution, think he has to start over GTF and Phillips tbh, his legs are about 10-20 years younger
Im really pleased for Waggy that he is fitting in at Wigan. I really want him to achieve his early potential but his contract is up here now so it will be elsewhere
Translates to "We're pretty much up, time for the fringe players to come in and see what they can do" tbh their have already been rotations this season, especially in defence, i personally wouldn't risk changing the team too much, especially if its going to effect the result.
Looks like there will be a stream for those not going tonight. http://www.wiziwig.tv/broadcast.php?matchid=255662&part=sports
