Last night Wiz made the decision to step down as MOD, we can all agree he has done a great job with this forum and he will be sadly missed. So with Wiz stepping down, there is obviously a gap to fill. When I stepped down 4 months ago, wiz made a poll and you, the members decided who you wanted to take over. Massive was the winner, I feel this is the best way of finding our next MOD. So please if you feel you want to take on the job, put your name forward, or if you want to nominate someone, then do so. Once we have enough people nominated I'll make a poll and you will all decide who our next MOD is. Think about it before you put your name forward. Wiz was our more active MOD so you will have quite a bit of work to do Good Luck
If nobody wants to step forward i'd be more than willing to put my name in the hat. Would prefer if someone else came forward though...
I'll wait until the end of the season if necessary, I'll put up your name then, if there are any other expressions of interest we'll have a poll, if not then I'm sure the way will be open to re- instate you as a mod but we must have a period of time for people to consider the options, if there is enough people interested in the mean time we'll of course activate the process along your suggestions and include your good self if you wish it.....
As said i'd be more than willing to go back to it, I've sorted the majority of the things out that made me step down. Just think someone else might want to have a crack at it
is it necessary to have just 3? could we not have 4 or 5? I am a mod on a different non related to football forum and we have 4 at the moment but anyone who fits the bill an be added....
John our supermods set the rules, it's based on the size and demands of each forum, 3 is deemed sufficient for our size. This poll has been suggested by shiny, if you have an idea or any suggestions to improve things please offer them to our members and they can decide. I'm the one voluntarily stepping down so I have no say in the voting being offered or who the candidates are that are chosen, that is up to what the majority of our members decide.

Wiz - thanks for all your hard work on here Personally I would be more than happy to see Shiny back (glad to hear you've sorted some things out)
Shiny for me thought he was excellent last time around,gutted when he went very happy to see him back as a mod
Thank you wizered for all that you have done. people like you don't often get the credit they deserve for a lot of additional, and unpaid work that goes on behind the scenes as well as on it. I would love to see Shiny back like a lot of others. Hope you stay on the boards despite standing down. Geoff
Shiny appears to be the people's choice and I echo that. Of course he seems to want to get out of the UK at every opportunity....Australia, Canada...where will it be next? Beginning to wonder if he has an international travel ban imposed on him for some naughtiness??
