    If Shola signs a new deal I won't go to a single game next season.

    It'll be the biggest indication that Pardew and Ashley could give that we won't be signing the necessary fire power and therefore can continue to expect early cup exit and mid table (at best) finishes.

    It will be interesting to see if he signs the Two Year deal on offer or takes up the Three Year deal on the table from Gateshead should they win promotion to the Football League.

    With Shola up front, I can see the Tyne Wear Derby coming back a lot sooner than expected as The Heed take on the Mackems in Division 1.

    So I can reveal HDQ offered me pictures of Karen Gillan in a lycra jumpsuit if I put up a 'doctored thread'.

    JPF also offered me pictures of Fredor in a wombles outfit if I DIDN'T.

    So unfortunately I proceeded to amend the original article straightaway..
