I see Stuart as a Hugh Hefner wannabe, all velvet smoking jacket and Bet Lynch cigarette holder and leopard print slippers.
I didn't **** up at all daft lad, that old mincer merely applied his own pedantic twatish interpretation to what I posted. I knew from the minute I saw the clip exactly when it was filmed ffs, as I lifted it from a thread on GOT
For some ****ing reason it auto selects the non swear filter and I can't be arsed to keep altering it. It does annoy me. It's a ****.
If City or Chelsea win it, big-money clubs will become more successful. This in turn will create more billionaire clubs - ruining the sport and eliminating any smaller team's hope for European competition. Additionally, it will drive up player wages (that you pay for), ticket prices (that you pay for), and by proxy force less wealthy owners into drastic measures in order to compete for the increasingly limited spaces available in the Prem for properly run clubs. Those drastic measures may include the changing of club crests, colours, or names. Sound familiar? In order to pay inflated player wages (which WILL be inflated whenever a billionaire club wins it) YOUR teams will be forced to explore Asian television markets and emerging commercial areas such as naming rights and more. Also, plastic teams will be forcing through FFP which ensures that smaller clubs will NEVER reach their heights and effectively condemns clubs such as Hull to be at the whim of an owner that doesn't care about it's history - since you know, you can't dare piss him off and go into debt. Sure, Liverpool doesn't have clean hands - none of the top teams do. But we're promoting from within, playing young British players and ultimately NOT spending the kind of money that the other two clubs are and have. But Liverpool winning the league can only help smaller clubs - if not to motivate young local squads to use tactics and exciting football to compete instead of money. Of course, you might not care about any of the above. It doesn't really matter, because we don't really ****ing care about your opinion on our chances anyway. It's in our own hands now.
Unbelievable; now they're the ****ing saviours of the entire game in England. How thankful we should be. Thank God for Liverpool. You couldn't make it up. Back to the start of the thread again it is, then....
